My kids were nervous to go because they typically do not enjoy the dentist, especially my son who has had prior dental work. They got to sit next to each other in the dental chairs which made them so happy. They saw Dr. Trishia who was so sweet to them and asked them about their summer plans. She was so professional and kind, and the appointment was done before we knew it. The kids got to pick out a toy and we left with both kids saying they loved it! Now instead of dragging my son to his next appointment he is actually looking forward to it. Amazing all around!

They are 3 and 4 and cannot wait to see Dr Andrew and Dr Marcus each year. We use the in-house insurance plan, and while it is a bit more expensive than the one I am offered through my job, it is worth every penny, and so much more: 2 years ago (this review is long overdue) the Drs recognized an airway issue in my daughter, that would also impact future alignment of her teeth, and referred us to a specialist. We had no idea that was even an option! We had already been looking into speech and sinus surgeries for breathing problems. 2 years later we have not had to do any of it! Andrew and Marcus truly saved both my kids from years of issues with their kindness, patience, and education. My little guy is going through the same process but still having some sleep issues, which is totally not their responsibility, and yet they have been supportive every step of the way. It is so nice to feel like your kids have a team who really care about them. You can tell everyone at Tiny Tooth Co truly wants the best for each child they serve and the difference it has made in my children's lives is worth the taking on the 55 at rush hour!

Before booking, I…read morespecifically asked how long the procedure would take and was told 20-30 minutes, so we planned our morning accordingly and arrived before 8:00 a.m. However, five or six families were also scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and it appeared the dentist had just arrived while team huddles were taking place as patients waited. These types of internal meetings should ideally happen before the first patient appointments begin. We were called back around 8:10 a.m., but then waited in the room for the dentist, who was seeing another patient. The dentist did not come in until after 8:30 a.m. The procedure itself was quick and finished by 8:45 a.m., but only one of the two scheduled fillings was completed. Because of the delay, my daughter was late to school and I was late to a 9:00 a.m. meeting. We made every effort to arrive on time, but the office did not appear ready to begin seeing patients at 8:00 a.m. Respectfully, if the office cannot begin appointments at that time, patients should be scheduled later. The delay had ripple effects on the rest of our morning and felt disrespectful of our time.

We worked with Dr. Hani, and we had an incredible first experience. Dr. Hani was welcoming and friendly. She took her time to meet and interact with my LO (15 months). In fact, she got comfortable enough with Dr. Hank to sit still all by herself in the chair to get polished and flossed. What! Ok, maybe the tv on the ceiling helps, but still. For us, Dr. Hani provided tips and guidance. After, she got a little dental baggy to go and picked a little rubber duck! It was all-in-all such a seamless experience.

The X-rays and scan of my teeth were done, Dr. Do did oral examination of my teeth and explained everything very clearly. She was very nice, friendly and honest about the treatment I need. She saved me from getting unnecessary treatment at my other dentist office, treatment that would be painful and expensive!!! I'm so disappointed that there are dentist out there who don't care what's the best for the patient and lie just to make more money by providing unnecessary treatments. Very nice clean office with a decent size waiting area with a set up for water, tea, or coffee while you wait and even has what appears to be a massage chair. The ladies at the front desk are very polite and helpful in explaining all of the details of your treatment and visit.
