When I came in, he welcomed me, sat down with me, walked me through the different colors, and showed me real-world examples of cars they had wrapped in the finishes I was considering. He even showed me vehicles they were currently working on so I could see firsthand the level of care and attention to detail this team puts into every car. I originally thought I would just choose between a matte or clear wrap. Instead, Cooper took the time to understand the entire look I wanted and helped me build my dream car: dark grey PurePPF, a smoked-out light bar, blacked-out side taillights, and tinted windows. He made thoughtful suggestions at every step without ever making me feel pressured. He also gave me complete confidence in the PurePPF brand and in the incredibly high standards Diamond Auto Salon holds itself to. Cooper is an absolute legend. First I researched it and found that ceramic coating would lower the cabin temperature by 30%. Then I looked around for the best place to get the work done and found Greg and Kay at Autoskinz. I made an appointment and went to talk to them. Greg was very informative. He knew all about Teslas, tinting, ceramic and the best shades to use. He walked me around looking at all of his Teslas and the different shades of tinting. Greg did a great job on my Tesla, he is very meticulous and was flawless. Thank you Greg and Kay!!!

Comes out from another room and asks if I need help. I explained and she said ," you can get a quote off our website ", to which I replied, I was driving by and decided to stop and ask in person. The tosses a note pad at me and says, write down your info and we'll call you. I'm busy with customers. My response was - " what am I?" She replied- " They paid money already!" Needless to say that was the deal breaker right there. I walked out after telling her she was F-ing rude. They lost a $4000 job that day. But our car looks great after we went elsewhere!
