Despite this, they honored the original quote and did not increase the price. Our technicians, Logan and Bradley, were professional, respectful of our home, and careful not to damage anything or leave a mess while efficiently completing the job. What also stood out was the honesty. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or attempts to upsell additional work. Instead, Logan gave us a straightforward assessment of what to watch for in the future and walked us through potential options and their ballpark costs. Erik was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He also provided us with a quote for additional work, including digging and installing a new cleanout and repiping the kitchen and bathrooms. We really appreciated that he didn't pressure us for payment that day and instead focused on taking care of the immediate problem and helping us plan for the next steps. Erik also included repiping our AC drainage into the main drain and replacing a cracked laundry pipe. We truly appreciate his willingness to help us out. It took two people a couple hours but it worked. Drain in clear. Expensive drain clearing but this was a special cleaning that required specialized knowledge.

Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?

I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I shot Eddy a call and he was realistic with his ETA and was able to quickly come and tackle the project since he was near by. Definitely wasn't an easy project due to the slab (those guys in the 50's caked on some extra thick slab) but Eddy and his crew got my flange situation fixed and slapped on my new Toto drake for me.
