Our technicians, Logan and Bradley, were professional, respectful of our home, and careful not to damage anything or leave a mess while efficiently completing the job. What also stood out was the honesty. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or attempts to upsell additional work. Instead, Logan gave us a straightforward assessment of what to watch for in the future and walked us through potential options and their ballpark costs. This was a stark contrast to another plumbing company I had used previously, which told me I needed to replace the entire main line. Logan showed me the camera footage and confirmed the main line was actually in good condition and that he did not anticipate any significant work needed. Their honesty, professionalism, fair pricing, and respect for our home were much appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing services.

But after that we asked if this is reasonable to other plumber through our landlord, then they said the parts were exchanged a year ago and didn't need to replace this soon. They charged exorbitant fees. We were so shocked and disappointed that we paid unnecessary high fee. Be careful. They will estimate unreasonable when they think you don't know the market price. We will never go without having several place to estimate. --Update-- Thank you for taking time explaining what happened in detail. We are eventually happy with your service. We wish we had a time to ask few other estimates so we could understand better the fee was reasonable. I personally still puzzled though why the filter has a lot of food while we always remove food debris from dishes before putting in the dishwasher.

They did it with the utmost care and diligence, and they checked (very) important details along the way so everything fit and functioned exactly the way it needed to. I especially want to call out Izzy for his knowledge and problem-solving. He did thoughtful, focused and quick troubleshooting around placement and fit, explained options clearly, and made sure the plan was right before moving forward. He is a truly skilled individual. I also want to recognize Bryan, who was diligent about walking the job, collaboration regarding my options and accommodating my schedule. I've hired multiple plumbers over the years, and I've never had a crew this professional from start to finish--from Bryan, who provided the estimate and details with a real understanding of what I needed, to the owner, Sean, who stands 100% behind the work and stays engaged and did outstanding work along with Moe on my previous jobs. The level of workmanship, communication, professionalism, skill, trustworthiness, respect, knowledge, customer service and follow-through is outstanding. This was a word-of-mouth referral, but I felt I needed to leave a review because I know how hard it can be to find good, solid work. There were so many roots but they got them all out, even when it meant getting down and pulling out roots by brute strength. When they were finished they cleaned everything up and didnt leave a spec of mess. I would give them 6 stars but the ratings only go to 5. They will definitely be my go to again if I have any drain or sewer problems.

Turns out this report is completely untrue. I found out about this after having two water restoration companies come out and detect absolutely no moisture in walls using FLUR thermal imaging camera. They informed me that pinless moisture meters are highly inaccurate near the metal components of the zebra blinds. This plumbing company claimed to offer free inspection but as soon as they are at it they will misguide and trick you into paying for things that do not matter nor need to be fixed. Consider yourself warned.

I called Lots the day after Christmas because one toilet was slowly dripping from a bad connection-…read moreenough to make a puddle within a few hours. Another toilet was running every few hours, probably because a seal in the flap wasn't working. My appointment was between 1:00-3:00 and I did get a call because the guy was running late. Found out he was also coming from LA and it was pouring rain really hard, so I couldn't fault him for that. Bo was respectful and removed his shoes when coming in. I showed him both toilets and (the reason for one less star) was his immediate diagnosis was to replace my old toilet, at $300 just for the unit, without labor. Hey I'm asking to have a slow leak replaced, plus my toilet isn't dumping water in my bathroom. It's a slow drip. After saying no to 2 new toilets, Bo said the leaky toilet has a loose connection and the other running one could have the flap replaced. The whole thing took about 20 minutes to fix and I was charged $225, and I wrote a check and tipped him also. (Note: always write a check- never use cash- so you have a paper trail). Was it priced high? Maybe. But if he fixed the issue then it was worth it. Hopefully no update on this issue will be needed. Also no receipt for this issue was received. Update It's been 24 hours and my running toilet has stopped running, and my leaky toilet stopped leaking. So I am glad that Lots fixed it. I also received an invoice via email with a quick summary of what was fixed.

Although I called before his business opened, he called me back instantly. I explained the issue I was having with my tankless hot water heater. He asked me to send him a picture with the model # and serial # so he could call the company to see what would be cover under warranty. He showed up right on time. He explained to me problems that could arise and what was and wasn't covered with the current warranty. After speaking with him and weighing my options, it seemed like it was in my best interest to replace the unit. He gave me the option of purchasing it myself or getting it through him and broke down the prices. He also suggested I add a water filtration system. The one he recommended, was the exact one I had installed and then removed a couple years ago because I was having problems with it. I was a little overwhelmed with the cost but felt it was reasonable if I had to replace the whole unit which I had not planned on. He told me to think about it and get back to him with my decision. As Caesar was leaving, I asked him if he could remove the canister for my water filtration system, on the opposite side of the house so I could change the filter. I told him all my pipes were rattling when I flushed the toilet and I thought it was from the filter needing to be replaced. Unfortunately he wasn't able to get the canister off. He suggested I replace the water filtration system as well, replace the regulator valve and move the water heater expansion tank. Now I was completely overwhelmed. As he was standing there explaining things to me, he noticed a yellow handle in the off position. He said it was the gas shut off lever and asked if I had turned off the gas. I told him may have moved the lever a couple days ago when I tried to take off the canister. He turned the lever to the on position and said to check if I now had hot water. I did. He spent well over an hour at my house and never asked for a dime. I think at the very least, anyone else would have charged at least a service charge. Even though he made several recommendations of things I needed to have done, that were not going to be cheap to fix, I feel confident that he is trustworthy. I think I will need to do some of the work he recommended, but now I can do it in my time frame and it will give me a chance to save for the repairs.
