I had a leak around the area of my primary shut of valve on the street level. The City arrived and inspected it and said it was located on my property side so I was responsible for finding and repairing the leak. I called 3 plumbers and all of them said it could be anywhere from the valve to the house - but none of them actually tried to find the leak but quoted me astronomical prices. I was desperate to repair this as my water bill skyrocketed and was fortunate to text De La Torre who responded immediately and sent a team out in 2 hours. The team actually tried to find the leak and provided a good estimate before performing work. The plumber was so honest that he said 90% of leaks are close to the valve and if you step on the grass area you can actually tell that its more damp than other areas. Unlike Olsen Plumbing, they didn't even try to find the leak and quoted me $15,000 stating that they wanted to change the entire water line to the house and cut into my drywall. Victor answered the phone instantly and the guys came out to hydro jet the bathroom in an Irvine condo. The bathroom drain pipe was stuffed solid after 35+ years of soap scum, etc... They snaked it first to make an opening and then ran the hydro jet machine. Cleaned up afterwards. The drain pipe is now unclogged and cleaned out! We liked De La Torre Plumbing so much. Their pricing, which we obtained on the first phone call, was lower than 6 other plumbing companies, that I had called for hydro jetting. We needed a kitchen sink at a single family house hydro jetted 2 business days later. Victor answered the phone and gave me the same price. I went to take out the old shower cartridge that had been in there for 21 years and it literally fell apart! I called De La Torre based on their yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. Victor and his helper were great! They wound up being late due to a previous appt but they texted me before their arrival time to let me know, (a common courtesy that many trades have forgotten). The price would have been high if I'd had an actual appt during the week for service, BUT, this was an emergency call on a Saturday and they were out within 5 hours. With that in mind the price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely call them again in the future - hopefully not for any more emergencies though. =) read more

My water heater broke and I reached out to this company. Not only did they have the best price, but I'm impressed by their integrity. Victor (the owner) coordinated whole process. Jonathan and Alan came out the next day and replaced the water heater. Unfortunately, my old water heater had rust on the bottom and in the process of removing it, rust stains were left on my driveway. Jonathan and Alan worked hard and were able to get most of the stains out. However, there was one resistant spot. On another day, Adrian and Reyes came back with a pressure washer scrubber and removed the stain. They went above and beyond, since not only did they remove the stain, they pressure washed the whole driveway to ensure it would match. This is a company you can trust.
