I didn't proceed with the work at that time. In May of 2023, I decided to call Brad and only him to get him to bid replacing my backyard areas that were concrete that would flood when it rained. Bad drainage when they built the house. The bid came back, I added the vegetable garden redo so it could be done at the same time. From start to finish, Brad would stay in touch with either a phone call or a text message. Brad even brought sample pavers so I could make sure I chose correctly. They even replaced my patio hold down brackets as the others were redheaded into the slab. Having years of construction knowledge, redheads are short cutting the issue. Eric and his crew tackled a tough job to level the uneven soil in our 700 sq. ft. +/- area in preparation for upgrading the existing soil to improve out backyard to install a new sprinkler system and Marathon I sod. (I hope that if possible, Resolve Landscapers wouldn't mind adding any additional information that I may have overlooked). In addition, Resolve installed PTL lumber along the tree line, a separate drip system for additional plantings around our trees, and added a B-Hyve wi-fi enabled watering system with multiple stations to allow us to control the timing for watering backyard areas. We also had flagstone stepping stone pavers installed in one of the corners of our backyard, with 3/8" Del Rio pea rocks to support the walkway. The person who came to do the job for me appeared to have one key objective: do as little work as possible and leave as soon as possible. Specifics: (1) When I was checking the work after they were done, I pointed out 8 sprinklers that they simply did not touch and were not working at all. They were is a very obvious place. This made me wonder how much I should trust this work, (2) During the day, he asked me to confirm that he will be doing area A and B, and did not mention area C, which was part of the original plan. When I pointed it out, he agreed, and I then realized that he perceived some difficulty in this area and thus was hoping it did not exist! (3) He pushed back on doing minor polish things like removing an old drip line or pouring pebbles to cover the new one. He said this would take more time and I should schedule another appointment to do it. I was already doing an $1,800 job, with 4 hours of labor. Spending 2-3 more minutes on such a trivial polish would not have made a difference, but he pushed back anyways. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend Dr Sprinkler.
