Now we find out that our pictures will not be able to be transfered. Off to Best Buy to look into a photo stick. The first young man we encountered knew NOTHING about how they work. Now that makes three of us. He goes off to find someone that can help. Next young man is only a fraction better by telling us that you put the photo stick in the port, tap on the photo you want to save. How to retrieve them was a mystery. We decided to buy two photo sticks thinking maybe we could figure it out but I wanted to look at tablets first. Again,we are not knowledgeable so we asked ( still the second young man) how tablets work. We would be better off asking the grandkids but the employees at Best Buy are either not knowledgeable or just can't be bothered since it is a no commission job. So we get home with two photo sticks. Step1. Put photo stick into phone, tap picture....is something suppose to let us know it was successful? Step 2. There is no port on our computer to put this thing. Everytime we go to Best Buy the employees are all the same, completely useless. Step 1. Put photo stick in the phone. Step 2. Tap on photo, is something suppose to tell us this was successful? Step 3. Try to insert photo stick into the computer but computer has no opening for this gadget.

Already perturbed, I stood for another couple of minutes appearing to need help within eyeshot of both of the men. They started to walk away when the "senior" gentleman finally acknowledged me. He sent a rep over to me. I explained I wanted 55 or 65 inch tv preferably Samsung or LG, QLED tech, and open box if possible. He took me over and without asking any more questions showed me an OLED. Far outside what I anticipated paying, when there are clearly other 55" QLED options. When I asked him about the Samsung 55" QLED in the back of the stack of open box TVs, I was told that it wasn't a good tv. I'm no expert but I certainly would want to know if my people were going straight to "not a good tv" rather than "what do you like about that one?" The man also could not get to his water bottle quick enough. Sipped on it during the experience. I asked a few more questions to give him another shot but he also disparaged other TVs. I couldn't leave fast enough. I did not get any of their names but this was around noon today. I LOVE shopping for toys like that, but this experience was not how you please your customers and get them to come back.

The big box store where I bought the laptop informed me that I had to supply the battery myself and they were backed up so I was looking at a few weeks for replacement! Frustrated I contacted Certified Laptop Repair and scheduled to bring in the laptop. I met with George and he couldn't have been kinder or more professional! I brought in the laptop and and not only was the battery replaced but George called me back within a few days to come pick up the laptop! It runs like new again! I was shocked at the price and even told George that I had expected to pay much more than he charged! They even disposed of some old electronics that I didn't know what to do with. I've since canceled my Geek Squad membership and Certified Laptop Repair will now be my go to for any issues that should arise with our computers in the future!

Few aisles inside are obstructed (by the cleaning supplies) and are being improved. The bathrooms inside are not fully functional. Family restrooms inside are open. There are several portable toilets outside. Starbucks is mostly out of order - no ice, and no food. Several areas of the store are covered in tarp. Just be aware of not the full Target experience as you're used to it. The store is still pretty well stocked. There are a lot of new fashions for women - cute summer dresses and pants. Swimsuits and beach attire is already out. You can also find a new Pride line. I was surprised to find last year's fashions in store. There was a dress on a rack that I bought last year, and a few other pieces. I was very happy with all the clothing sales. I purchased a very vibrant "Brasil" summer shirt for $7.50! If you're looking for summer tees, check this Target. I also purchased "Papaya" sweater for $28, and a few household necessities. Also of note, Target now carries Krispy Kreme donuts in boxes! I didn't know that's an option but it apparently is. Even in the late afternoon there were a lot of donuts left! Service at the store is pretty attentive. I was able to get quick help when I couldn't find contact lens solution. All the employees I encountered were very pleasant. Overall, if you can overlook the construction, it's not a bad shopping experience. There's large inventory here and better than average customer service.

The store was an absolute mess - clothes were scattered all over the floor, with racks looking half-empty and unorganized. The problem wasn't just in one area, it was all over the place. Clothes just laying on the floor or scattered on shelves. Shoes fallen off shelves and scattered on the floor. Dresses that were hanging were very wrinkled. It felt like walking through a clearance sale after a stampede. I have never seen anything like this at any Target or really any store. It discouraged me from buying any clothes because I wasn't confident that I wouldn't wear something laying on the floor for days. I stopped by the sales area at the front of the store and was looking at pickleball themed accessories. Then I noticed some motion around me. That was an employee who threw a bandana back into its box right in front of my face. That was seriously strange. In general, it felt like the employees at the store were exhausted and discouraged. To make matters worse, the floral section was just sad. Out of all days on Mother's Day. Most of the flowers were wilted, with some bouquets looking like they'd been left out for days past their prime. Few good observations about the store. The store had really cute weekend bags. Very cute fall-like colors, all sizes. At the front of the store there is a pretty extensive Cleveland and Ohio Sports section. You can find t-shirts, baby clothes, and other fun stuff. I usually count on Target for a clean, well-stocked shopping experience, but this location clearly isn't being managed properly.
