As a Lyft driver I have driven a lot of people in my car. I had an incident with a passenger that left my car less than clean. I made an appointment to get the Interior Package and I was not disappointed. Jose did an AMAZING job detailing the inside of my car and also made it sparkle on the outside. He originally gave me a time estimate of 2 hours but stayed later to make sure everything was perfect. I get my car washed maybe every 2-3 weeks and Jose always come through to wash my car. My favorite part is that I don't have to go anywhere. I normally get it washed at my work which works the best with my schedule. Jose always takes his time and does a good job. Very friendly and trustworthy. He does book up, so plan in advance to make an appointment with him. He does the normal wash and has other packages or washes you can get if you need a wax or shampoo on the seats. You are essentially looking for someone who has meticulous work ethic and honesty when you look for car detailer. I can vouch that Jose is that person because Jose took the time - literally 2 business days - to clean and detail my SUV which came with a lot of swirl marks and some scratches. To make it worse, my car is BLACK. Jose did NOT charge me extra for all the works he's done on the second day. Actually, he could have said "It looks pretty good now" or "this is as good as it gets" at the end of first day when I paid him. No, he returned to work the following day and not once did he ask for more money. I wanted the car to be clean and feel as new as possible and Jose managed to do just that. I booked the $100 interior detailing packed online. Looked at the reviews and decided to try this place out even paid in advance because it would not let me book an appt without adding my card. Booked Thursday and requested an early appt for Saturday but advised I was flexible due to booking last minute. Jose called me a couple hours later to tell me he can do Saturday but at 2pm advised it was okay. Two hours before my "appt" he told me he was really busy and wasn't going to be able to come.
