This place is going downhill... I've been a member for some time now and every time I come there's something "wrong." If it's not the air compression, it's the vacuums. The worst is the towels they provide... they either have product on them that leaves a weird film on your car from other users wiping the shine with them, or they smell terrible like mildew because they are still damp and wet and just sitting in the bin to grab one; or both. Plus when looking on my account I saw the price of my membership get increased without any formal (email or text or call) notice provided to me. Will likely be canceling unless things change asap. read more

When 9:00 nobody there no towels trash everywhere even though the chemicals were in the 55 gallon barrels and the 5 gallon chemical were thrown in the bushes. No handles to wash the bugs off my car politely asked and they said it was too hot. I said for wood handles the manager says yes we're not going to put them out for you. Trash all over the parking lot diapers socks hamburgers leftovers no towels and nobody there and they said we'll get to it don't worry ask for towels got my own out of my own truck got my own brush to WIP e off my bugs. They should be fired vacuums not working was never informed what a piece of crap rocket car wash may be a good organization but the people who are running the one on Van Buren are just pieces of poop wouldn't give me the wood handles no towels had to use my own. Ask for a refund they said no what can I run it again since you won't give me the handles they said no the manager is a joke. This car wash is downright awful. My car was in a worse condition than when I entered. They use extremely hard water in their wash cycle and none of their microfiber rollers worked, so my car left the wash with tons of hard water spots all over my windshield, windows, and back of the car. Lastly, this is one of the most expensive car washes I've been to, as they charged $20 for an "ultimate" car wash. Well, I'm ultimately disappointed, and will never bring my car back here. The people working definitely are chipper & have always been in good spirits. Often times I have come (since I dreadfully am a member) vacuums we're down, entire car wash was closed due to malfunction, no pre bug wash. Since I have the $30 membership which I've been attempting to cancel for the past 3 months , I run my car through the wash twice per visit because it's never completely clean after the first drive through. Rocket, I've got to keep money in my pocket & wallet. With that said I'm placing your business on fraud alert w/my credit card. The actual, mechanical car was is fine. It was the guy at the toll booth that needs some training in soft skills. I told him I had been there before and wanted the express wash. Of course he went into the sales spiel for a membership. I told him I had heard it twice before and just wanted the wash, I had groceries in the car. Started coming here when it was Zipline Express Carwash. At that time, Travis, Sierra and the original staff were great. Now that Rocket Carwash has taken over this place has really gone down hill. The original staff is still great to deal with but Hugo and all the new staff are horrible. With the extra employees you would think customer service is better, but it got a lot worse. New employees are commonly standing around together while the original staff is running all over trying to help customers. Rocket really tries to push their membership on you once you arrive. You almost feel forced into signing up. Rocket has performed "upgrades" to the Carwash, but every time I go through the car wash, something is broken or not working. They were closed for almost a month while still charging their monthly customers a fee. Once reopened with their upgrades, I witnessed a car get stuck inside and the brushes come down and damage their car. Probably going to try a new Carwash business in the future. So sad because Zipline was awesome. read more

Been going here for some time now. The employees are always very helpful and kind but today is my last day going here. I had to cancel my membership due to the fact that my windshield cracked while in the car wash and that they stated they are not liable for it. I understand it's a risk you take when going to these type of car washes but now I get to replace my windshield which is more costly than if I went to a hand car wash which might have not caused any damage. Today, June 7, 2022, I sent another text to Karl reiterating my request as well as a demand to be reimbursed for the April & May charges. All of this began as a result of the car wash damaging my car. However, the claim was denied as my car "was too old." Rather, Karl requested I send him my email address and he would forward "some car washes to help you out." That same day I forwarded my email address. I have yet to receive these washes. This is update to a previous review. Unfortunately, this business doesn't take responsibility for machine malfunctions. I had recommended this place to my stepson. As his car was going through the drying process, the mechanical arm came down really hard and smashed his back window. Luckily, my other son wasn't sitting in the back, otherwise serious injuries or worse could've happened. I visited this location yesterday (8/19), and went straight to work in a secured lot. I found this a bit later, and when I reached out to the business, it's via text messaging only (according to the business recording), and the response was extremely defensive, illogical, and downright non-accepting of any wrongdoing. This type of response tends to indicate many similar complaints from customers, despite the message saying that they've never received a complaint. I cannot recommend this business due to their customer service and interaction, not to mention the damage to my car. Edit: I'm so glad you responded, I was hoping you would. I've seen other replies of yours, and you cannot blame "bad primer" on everything. It's a Tesla - there's nothing wrong with the primer. I guarantee when you check your cameras, you will see it going in without it and coming out with it. I had absolute control of my car from the car wash until it was discovered, and there's absolutely else that could have caused that. Your customer service is absolute garbage, and I wish your business the best of luck as it will need it being run like that. You cannot attack every customer that has an issue, especially when you lie. Your Yelp page clearly states there's been other issues, yet you attempted to tell me the Woodcrest location had a perfect record! Laughable!!! Second edit: well Mr. Curt C., assuming it isn't a staged review, also said you did the right thing. He didn't provide any pictures, and I would also like your video footage reviewed.
