I've used De Leon service 3 times now. I've never been blown away but I've never been completely dissatisfied. I'll cut to it and list the good and the bad. Good: Communication. She's always quick to respond and always polite. Bathroom cleaning. I've never seen better. Very thorough. Vacuuming. I've never seen a spot she missed. Punctual: Always on time. Bad: Hardwood and kitchen floors. I'll include pics of my kitchen and living room floors the day of cleaning. Microwave not cleaned. I understand it may not be included but c'mon. Spray some cleaner n wipe it down. Unless it's really bad then I get it. Blinds. I know cleaning blinds is extra. But you can't take 2 minutes and run a feather duster over them? During the previous cleaning to my last my kitchen sink wasn't wiped out. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning. I won't be using them again but I wouldn't say not to use them either. 135 for 2 BR/1BA is fine if it's really good but steep for being average. read more

The woman that cleaned my place was punctual and communicated well. I will definitely consider hiring her again. Pros: communication, cleaning products she uses (smell is very pleasant), positive attitude, respectful. Cons: most of the cleaning she did was fine, but she left something to be desired in the bath tubs. I know they are a little tougher to clean, but I don't think maximum effort was put. Also, some of the areas under the furniture weren't cleaned. I was moving things around a couple of days after the cleaning and noticed that it was dusty. Not a big deal, but wish a little more effort/thought was put into things. Pricing is in line with what other companies charge. read more

Sulema responded quickly to my last-minute request for a move-out cleaning, and her quote was very reasonable. I did some shopping while she cleaned the house. When I returned after a few hours, I was so pleased with how good the place looked. I also liked that I was able to pay her online. When my property manager arrived for the move-out inspection, he commented on how clean the place was. He said because it looked so good I would get my full deposit back within 10 days. De Leon cleaning services just finished up at my house. I'm a little disappointed with the service. The staff was super friendly, Sulema brought an assistant with her. Sulema gave me a good breakdown of what they would clean (in pictures) and the time of 9am-1pm. It was very easy to contact her and she answered my questions in a timely manner. I was home when they got to my house and showed them the rooms. I stayed for about 45 minutes in case there were any questions then had an appointment. I was surprised when I got home at noon and they were done since I had added windows to my cleaning service. I took a super brief look around but nothing too in depth as I trusted they held up their end of the bargain. I paid, they left. As I took a closer look, I realized there were a lot places that went uncleaned. The first was the kitchen floor. It definitely didn't look like it had even been swept let alone mopped. The kitchen sink was not cleaned out. The ceiling fans were not done. There was plenty of dust still on the walls. The price compared to other companies was pretty high but I was willing to pay it for the amount of items covered on the breakdown Sulema had sent. If you're not picky, this company is fine and I would maybe use them again for a light cleaning. But if you want spotless I wouldn't go with them. read more

Sulema and her team are amazing. They have been cleaning our AirBNB rental unit since 2019 and we have been really happy with the service. What a great find thru my local FB moms group. The owner immediately replied to my post to have someone clean my home in preparation for a small NYE gathering and sent the most wonderful person, Tomasa, who took her time to deep clean my home. Working full time from home and three dogs and exhausted at the end of the day, the last thing I want to do is clean. But I noticed several areas on the floor there were still quite dirty, and a lot of soap scum was left in the bathrooms as if the work was not rinsed thoroughly. Overall extremely dissatisfied with service; one worker was on her phone most of the time while cleaning my apartment and the other kept coming in and out of my apartment about every 15 minutes (not sure why) . I think because of this they neglected in the cleaning. read more

Decided to try this place out last week and let me tell you I received the best customer service and prices in town! I spoke with Sulema which is the business owner, told her I needed a deep cleaning in my Apartment since I was having some special guest over, she came over the next day and gave me her free estimate.
