The turkey was juicy, flavorful, and filling. The muffin was really moist and had just the right amount of sweetness. I have purchased it at Target as well but they are not consistent in keeping it in stock as Windmill Farms. I in occasion pick up a bag of their locally lard fried corn tortilla chips and flour tortillas, which are very good. I also like that they have a coffee station. The ladies that make the hand made flour tortillas are always in good spirits and are up for good conversation when I visit. Same goes with the young ladies at the register.
