We've loved this place for so many years and they've changed so much. The younger women or teens that use to be behind the counter were so nice. Now the older men there are always on their phones, don't speak. And the customer has to get their own toppings which is pretty unsanitary and our recent visit there were flies EVERYWHERE and on all the toppings. My son was swatting them away. There were so many flies. Can't say if or when we will return. read more

Inconsistent temperatures and inconsistent texture. -the strawberry flavored yogurt tastes like it had mini ice crystals and was a bit crunchy. -the gelato flavor was immediately runny/slightly liquidy upon pouring leaving the spout. Within a minute, the gelato flavor turned into liquid in my cup. The flavor was okay, more sweet than im used to. Place was clean and server was friendly. read more

Have been here a dozen plus times. Kids really enjoy. I've gotten the açaí bowl a few times and found it tasty. Today I was served one frozen rock hard. I asked the staff member if they could soften it, she indicated it could be eaten as is. Their plastic spoons could not make a dent in it. And I paid $12.66 for some inedible frozen item. I asked for a metal spoon. None were available. She did check the freezer (they are made in advance it seems) and all were similarly rock like. I asked what could be done and she shrugged so I had to dispose of it unfortunately as my kids were going to finish their yogurt shortly. And while I could have brought it to my car and waited however long for it to melt, I had several stops and it would spoil before getting anywhere I could eat it. PLEASE don't serve items that can't be eaten readily. And if you do, choose to make it right instead of telling me "you didn't have to throw it away." read more

1st trip: at the checkout I asked how it works to get toppings as the yogurt cup is a set price. I just thought he'd be like oh each topping is a dollar or something but instead he was like I cannot possibly put toppings on your cup it is too full. I was like OK that's fine I was just wondering how that worked. Then he acted like I was begging for toppings and he was like OK I can try, give me your cup I will do my best and I was like no it's ok I just wondered. Then after a few seconds he started apologizing and offering to try like I was upset about it and I'm like no seriously I don't even want any I was just wondering how it worked. Still don't know. 2nd trip: Place is listed as opening at 11 but we showed up at 11:15 and the guy was still setting up. One of the machines so two flavors were not working, that's kind of a lot when there's only like four or five machines available. I asked how often he gets new flavors and he said every few months he tries to get a new flavor, so I guess that's not very often. He had to put out a table and chairs for us to sit as he was not ready for the day yet. Then after we've been sitting there for about 15 minutes he came out with a credit card reader and told me that my card had not been read. There was no amount shown or receipt given, I just put my card in and was charged a mystery number after I had been under the impression I had already been charged. There has also already been other customers who had come and gone in that time so honestly I didn't feel really great about handing over my card but I did it anyway. The yogurt was good but the experience was weird. read more

The new owner is a sweetheart and the store is spotless... you know how sometimes you go for frozen yogurt and it's a little sticky, a little grimy? Not here. It's really, really clean and after you've gotten your yogurt, she spoons out the toppings for you - so there's no question about whether little hands have gone in there and left germs everywhere. The parking lot isn't the best (jeesh, it needs resurfacing) but don't let that dissuade you. Good quality yogurt you can get almost anywhere, but hygienic? Not as easy to find. :) read more

If you have small children, I would not recommend coming to this place. They do not have a public restroom and they do not let you use the restroom for your kids. This is problematic because small children have tiny bladders and aren't able to hold it until they arrive home. Terrible customer service. Isn't it illegal to not have a restroom for paying patrons? Find another frozen yogurt place. read more

Perfect hole in the wall froyo stop. They offer açaí bowls, smoothies, milkshakes, and a variety of frozen yogurt flavors, toppings, and sauces to drizzle. There is always parking available. The service is awesome, everyone is so sweet and friendly and readily available to serve you. We came in for some froyo and an almond milk smoothie and it was delicious! So underrated and definitely will be back anytime I'm in the area!! read more

I'm not one to make reviews but I had to share my experience here. The guy working was very rude and showed no customer service. It was almost like he was annoyed we were there. My children said a few things about their day to him multiple times and he completely ignored them. Of course, I don't expect him to want to have a full blown conversation with them but at least say "okay" or something! Then when we left my kids said "bye!" and he muttered many things under his breathe but I only caught "disgusting". I was so confused and then I realized we left 1 sample cup on the counter. He picked it up and I guess was very upset we forgot it. I'm a clean person but my hands were full with a 2 and 5 year old to notice that but either way it was a terrible way to treat a customer and we will not be coming back. read more

When did froyo become so difficult to find! I was having a major froyo craving with limited options in the area, but TG for yogurt lounge!! My new favorite go to spot. Such easy parking and easy to get to. It's your typical froyo spot. Grab your cup, fill it up and add toppings. They have yummy flavors like a great honey Greek and rotating specialties. I've enjoyed a good mint, dole whip and cheesecake. They scoop the toppings on for you. Helps with cleanliness. We usually walk away paying about $7 per cup but it's worth every bite! On top of froyo, they also do milkshakes and different blended options! read more

Large bowl of the original acai really hit the spot for my craving yesterday. I lucked out because I was donating some things to the Goodwill donation center that just happened to be nearby this location. Came here after the gym a couple of times, it's kinda hidden unless you live in this area but I feel like that's perfect for families around here to grab some frozen yogurt or a smoothie after the gym! They also have dog ice cream which is nice for our little pups. They had a great variety of flavors for frozen yogurt and some smoothie options as well. New owner is so nice! Been here twice since it changed hands for the better. Love that they sell protein shakes and açaí bowls for after your workout! I always get the Dole Pineapple Sorbet with strawberry poppers, kiwis, strawberries, and some gummy worms on top. Taste and ingredients are always consistently amazing and fresh. It was okay. There were only around 8 flavors and one was out of order. The yogurt itself was pretty good and there were lots of topping choices. The price was pretty standard (I couldn't tell how much per ounce) but it didn't seem to differ too much from other yogurt places (maybe a bit cheaper?). Came here tonight and I am not disappointed!! The flavor options were great, I got cheesecake, yellow cake batter, and vanilla, with coconut flakes and almonds, with butterfingers on top . My boyfriend got mint chocolate chip, fudge brownie, and topped it with chocolate sauce, coconut flakes, and almonds. They had gloves available to wear and the owner was super friendly! The pesto spread was good though. It was creamy and the artisan bread it was served had great variety. Ambiance: 5/5 This place is such super cute. When you walk in, the desserts all look super appetizing. The seating areas are super cute and the floral decor are stunning. Service: 5/5 It is an order then sit down establishment. I really liked how u can get 4 toppings with a small size and I really loved the mochi topping! The service was a little bit rushed and the worker didn't seem super happy to be there :(

Sort of hard to come by Pinkberry these days, but this is still one of the most reliable froyo…read morespots. The quality is much better than self-serve places. The original tart is the best flavor. Topped with berries it's a great clean-tasting relatively low-calorie dessert. It may sound deceptively simple, but the original is where it's at although the other flavors (like pomegranate or seasonal offerings) have always been good too.
