The place is clean and cute. The staff is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I went in wanting to get Shellac and had spoken to I assume was Tina/Manager (I'm so bad that I can't remember names!) and ended up will their Lynch gel. The technician did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable. I also got to watch Jackie Chan's "Super Cop". I haven't tried their pedi yet. I've been going here for just under 2 years now and absolutely love it. The entire staff is super friendly, you're always greeted and offered a beverage as soon as you walk in for your appointment. My favorite technician for a long, long time was An, but she left and I was so bummed out :( That said, since everyone I have ever had my nails done by has done an excellent job, I didn't even question finding a different place. There are TONS of colors, and they really stay on top of ordering for the latest trends. LOVE this place! Instead of the massage chairs, they have a super comfortable sectional couch with foot rests. I'm petite, so I never thought those massage chairs were all that nice - they always got me in the wrong spots. Each seat also has its own iPad! They also offer you drinks and candy. The standard pedi includes a rose petal water soak and scrub as well as a hot stone massage. It's only $35 for a high quality mani and pedi. Everyone there is super nice and they take their time and make sure they do a good job. They also use fresh, sterilized tools each time. When i go here I know my nail technician will give me the greatest attention to detail becasue they do not rush on any services. I love to go here because it really relaxes me because i know that if someone walks in for services they wont do a crappy job on mine just to get that client in. They have SUPER comfortable seating with iPads installed in every chair! They have music videos playing on th monitors which gives it a fun feel to it. We celebrated my sisters birthday here and since we had a larger group of girls Kim shut te nail salon just for us. On my birthday she brought out a bottle of champagne and everyone 21+ had a glass to cheer with. You really dont get your typical salon service here, they go above and beyond. My sister made an appointment for me to get my nails done for my engagement photos. When I first walked in, I feel like I love this place already. The Paris Nail Spa has the look of classy and elegance. The environment is very comfortable and relaxing. Usually I don't like to go to a lot of nail spas because of the strong odor of nails polish and chemicals, but I didn't notice that at this nail spa. The spa chairs looks so soft and comfortable. Even though, I didn't come in for a spa pedicure, I made a note to come back for that. I had my nails done with Kim and it was so lovely. She offered me drinks and chocolates and we chatted the whole time. It was such a great experience and my nails looked perfect. Kim is very friendly and professional. I wasn't sure what I wanted for my nails and she helped me by suggesting different designs. I've had the worst experience with De Paris this past month. The gel nail polish came few days after. They are overly priced with what they provide. I regret coming here after reading few reviews which were really good. Sadly, my experience wasn't as bright as others. I was given a complimentary mimosa which was really nice. My pedicure and manicure wasn't upto what I expected. I hope that they upgrade how they provide their service if hey want to charge more than other salons. read more

I'm new to the Fremont area and found De Paris on Yelp. It had a lot of good reviews so I figured I'd give it a shot. Kim greeted me as soon as I came in and was very friendly. She helped me decide between shellac and a new set as I was pretty indecisive. The salon itself is cozy and clean, and I was surprised to see iPads hooked up to all of the pedicure chairs. I decided to get a full acrylic set and I was able to walk-in around 11:45 AM. Mye did my nails and got started right away. I did the gel polish, black and hot pink tips. She was gentle with my hands (I hate when nail salons are rough and leave your fingers sore!!) and did a fantastic job. The black polish could have used one more coat (she did 3 of both colors and 2 clear coat) but otherwise, they turned out great. The price was far more reasonable than I expected and I will definitely be back! Maybe try the 3D art they have. Be sure to make an appointment - I think I lucked out that they weren't busy at the time but the place filled up about an hour in and the phone was ringing off the hook! read more

Kim, Mye, and Yen were all very polite and friendly. All of the tools were sterile, and there was a huge collection of polish to choose from. The salon was beautiful and clean as well. However, Mye (who was doing my nails) went really hard on my cuticles, and my cuticle on one of my fingers was bleeding for a while after she pinched my cuticle too hard. Two other fingers were also hurt and I woke up this morning (I went yesterday) to sore cuticles. The gel manicure I received on my nails looked really nice yesterday, but today I woke up to find that it was all cracked and messed up from putting the slightest amount of pressure on it. Considering I spent $50 dollars for a gel manicure on my natural nails, this is unacceptable. I doubt this manicure will last for four more days without becoming too messed up to wear. Also, it was way too expensive. I got the holographic pink powder, which made it $15 more, but still. Overall, it was alright. It was the nicest looking salon I've ever been to in the Bay Area, with lovely people, but my overpriced manicure is already messed up and my cuticles hurt. I might come back, but only as a last resort. Sorry! read more

Yesterday was my first time here and I absolutely loved it. I normally go to Yvonne's down the street but I must say I will continue coming back here. I always get a mani and pedi and Im very picky about the ways its done, especially when it comes to my shellac. I got my mani with shellac and 3D art and feel in love. My shellac never looked better. Guess I found me my new shop. And on top of how satisfied I was shocked at how different the atomsphere here is. It not busy and theres not clutter on the table where you get your nails done. I recently tried coming here since I needed my nails done and the person who normally does them wasn't available. Staff is super friendly. However, when it came to my nails the shape was done wrong. I told her to follow the previous shape, not too round or too sharp. The turned out very round making my hands look even more short and stubby. Two days later my middle finger broke. I went in a day or two later looking to get it repaired. The repair was free which was nice because I was expecting to pay. However, the woman who replaced my acrylic didn't use the same color (they were painted a sheer shimmer, with one coat.) she used a color that was slightly more yellow with three coats. When I asked her to fix the shape, not too round or too pointy. The turned out WAY pointier than I was hoping for. I was like whatever I can deal for a week or two. But two days after my previous repair my pinky broke. I was making my bed both times the nails broke... weird. As much as I want to love this place, I doubt I'll come back. Just due to the fact I can't keep coming in every other day for repairs.... read more

My friend and I went here on Friday. Initially walking in, and the surroundings, we were REALLY skeptical. But wow! It's AMAZING. The service was fantastic, the price was great and I loved the girls there! They even gave us this nail polish that changes colors based on if you're cold or not, it's so cool! My new go to nail salon! So happy to find this place close to home! I use to travel 45 min to Santa Clara to my former stomping grounds just for mani/pedis but that got a bit too cray! Now that I live in Fremont area I am thrilled to have a nail salon just minutes away! It's my 4th time here and I am officially a regular! Kelly is the best! Always does an amazing job on my nails...takes her time...sweet as can be...and I love that I can just text her to book an appointment with her! So 2016...texting is my way to communicate...sad but true. Oh! And the complimentary mimosas is a nice bonus! I usually get a Lavendar foot treatment and gel mani. I wish they had massage chairs but they recline and still relaxing. Prepare for a few hours when doing both because they typically do your toes first then jump to nails. AMAZING! This is the nail salon I have been searching for in Fremont and it was so worth the wait to find it. I came here with a friend to get a new set of almond nails and gel polish. Kathy is who took care of me and she was the best nail tech I have had. She was so precise and fast. She made sure that what I wanted was being done and she was fast. She was so sweet and easy to talk with. She didn't try and up sale me. Which is good because I like to just relax when I get my nails done. Not be hounded by up sales. We were offered mimosas and chocolate and their chairs are super comfortable. The girl that did my friends pedi was also super sweet and her pedi skills were awesome! I never leave reviews, but I had such a negative experience at this establishment, I felt it warranted one. First off, I have no idea how this place has such a high rating. It's the main reason I decided to try it out, and now I feel jaded using YELP to guide me to good nail salons. The prices are ridiculous. It's was $75 for a "margarita" mani/pedi; the mani being shellac, regular pedi. Online it says you get a glass of wine with it. You most likely won't. I was so excited for this going in, only to be met with, "oh the bartender isn't here". Even so, I was given a glass of champagne after complaining how excited I was for some wine. I did appreciate that. The place itself isn't in the best condition, the chairs are old and weathered (and they aren't massage chairs, some people are particular about that) and it just looks kind of beat up inside. Definitely not warm and inviting. All of that could have been overlooked if the services provided were up to par, which they weren't. First off, the "massages" were a joke. Barely 5 minutes for both feet. Same for hands. The technician I had did a fair job on my nail polish, my friend that came with me had her nails turn out terribly. Now we went on Thursday. Here I sit on Saturday evening, and 3 of my toenails have already chipped! Totally unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. And now I resume my search for a good nail salon because this one certainly is not it! read more
