Great work on my manicure and pedicure. The staff were very friendly. Felt very comfortable.

They did a very very poor job on my finger nails; they seem clueless about French manicure!! I got my Nails done on the 13th of March as per my credit card statement and went to show her after 9 days that the Cut was uneven, nails edges were chipped and not filed properly, not one nail matched the other in shape. I went back to Annie showed the poor job and asked if it could be fixed by filing and all she did was try to sell me more services like pedicures, instead of acknowledging the shabby work. I visited iBeauty today and I'm so glad I did! Since I live close by, I was able to walk over and be close by since I have a 6 1/2 month old which made it extra convenient . The vibe inside is so welcoming and relaxing it feels like a little escape. Annie did my builder gel and she was absolutely amazing! She's so sweet, super attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Her husband happened to be there too and he was just as kind and--it honestly felt like being cared for by family. I didn't catch the name of the lovely lady who did my toes, but wow, she did such a great job! Normally I do my toes myself because I'm so picky with how I like them, but she went above and beyond my expectations. I finally found a place I can trust with both my nails and toes! What really made me smile is all the little touches, they offer complimentary coffee, juice, or water, which makes the experience feel even more special. Their prices are super fair too, not sky-high, but just right so you feel pampered without breaking the bank. Oh, and they even had raffle tickets for a chance to win fun prizes, how cute is that?! Everyone was surprised seeing my natural nails are so long and Mimi or Minnie (I forgot if I said her name right ) did my nails since it was my first time trying their place and it was soooooo clean, friendly environment and also love the decoration inside like a welcoming home. I've been here a few times already and I have had nothing but positive experiences. I love the vibe, the space is super cute and clean which is a huge deal for me. I convinced my husband to get a pedicure with me for Valentine's Day and it was incredible. It was so relaxing, the products they used were clean and high quality; and they had a cute little valentines decoration on the carts. The massage chair is always an added plus, and they even offered themed snacks and drinks, it was so cute! I added a picture of my current manicure, simple pink with glitter and short so they're toddler safe. I'm obsessed! I love it so much it's exactly what I was looking for, thank you to Annie and Minnie! I also added my Christmas manicure with added designs by Annie, which I got so many compliments on. However, the owner was not welcoming, which affected our overall experience. Despite spending nearly two hours at the spa, we were not even offered water, and we unfortunately felt a sense of discrimination during our visit. I originally left a review here after my nails began lifting within two weeks, even after returning for a fix. I kept my comments honest and professional, sharing only my experience with the service, as Yelp is meant for. Since then, I had booked another appointment, willing to give this salon a second chance because I understand they are new. However, shortly after making the appointment, I received a call--clearly from the owner--telling me that because of my previous Yelp review, my daughter and I were no longer welcome at the salon. This is deeply disappointing. Businesses grow when they take all feedback--positive and negative--and use it to improve. Blocking customers for leaving an honest review shows more concern with appearances than with customer care. It's worth noting that I have also observed suspicious reviews that appear to be written under other names but reference the owner and her daughter's services. This only adds to the sense that honest feedback isn't valued here. I truly wish this salon success, but respect for customers means listening to all experiences, not just the glowing ones. Had such a wonderful experience at this new nail salon. They were able to accommodate my requested appointment time when I called, which was a great start. I got a gel manicure and a pedi fill with the upgraded pedicure, and wow -- the service was amazing from beginning to end. Hanna did my pedicure and was so attentive, making sure I was comfortable with the nail shape and foot massage pressure. Annie did an excellent job on my nails -- I wear them short, and she still gave me the ballerina shape I wanted. James was also very attentive and offered me an ice cold drink during my visit. Horrible service, left my nails very thick and too short. The lady that attended me was very rude and yelled at me to leave before she called the cops, because she refused to take my nails off or give me my money back. The lady that attended me didnt even finish them, instead another lady finished them for her since she had another appointment even when I made and appointment before her. I couldn't see my nails when she had just finished them. When I talked to her about how I didn't like the nails she made she yelled at me and continously told me to leave before she called the cops, and when we were talking about the nails she turned to her coworker and spoke in her language to talk about me and when I confronted her about it she told me I didn't need to know what she was saying even if we were having a conversation about the nails. I asked to see her boss and she refused and said that it was an "independent business" and then pointed to her coworker to say that she was the manager. I really don't reccomend this place because they have really bad service. read more
