I made an appointment a month in advance for my daughter only to get a call from Lynette (let me add she is very rude) canceling my daughters appt. 2 days before scheduled date. Then offers an appt within the next hour but that gives my daughter no time to prep. The next available app. is not until July 15 more than two weeks out..I asked to please give us something sooner, and she was extremely rude, raised her voice at me. When I asked to speak to her manager, she said she was the manager . So sad that the staff think they can behave in such a rude manner, lacking people skills, not knowing how to communicate with a client and doing nothing to minimize the inconvenience to the client. Just left having had my second laser hair removal session! I found out about this place through a good friend. I had been frustrated with how much regrowth I had and she mentioned that she had absolutely none!! My friend gave me the info and my sister and I made appt right away. I've been to some of the big name laser companies and the results weren't nearly as impressive. I know consistency is key but the machine they use is different and it hurts a lot less. I wanted to wait until my 6th session was finished but honestly I'm so impressed with how it's coming along after just one session! My friend recommended this place because she goes here for her laser hair removal treatments and LOVES them! So, I gave it a try! I must say, I'm glad she told me about this place. So far it's been a really good experience. It's clean, good parking, friendly staff, and quick appointments. They charge by minute increments, i.e. 15 min, 20 min. My sessions are usually between 15-20 minutes to get the things I need done. The last 2 times I went I had a minute left and it definitely was not wasted! I got to use it on another little area! That was cool! You really do see results quick with the type of laser removal system they use. I would suggest if you are doing a sensitive area (bikini, underarm, etc.) try and use a numbing cream 20-30 minutes before. It helps a lot! Been here 2 times, just got my second facial today actually. I like the way she works on my face and how informative Aida is. She has been in this business for over 20-25 years, so I def trust her. She is always willing to learn new renowned technology used in other countries, and introduce them to her clients, and I like that I read a few reviews complaining about their skin looking like scabs after the facial was done.. Well no sh** people! She has given you a deep cleansing acne extraction! It's very hard to come across an aesthetician who will do that for you and I'm glad I found one close by. I started going to DEA Skin Centre about 3 years ago now and fell in love with it from the first facial. It's a complete family affair at DEA with all members of the family involved. A mother and daughter team do facials. Another daughter gives messages, while the son goes to medical school. I had really horrible onset adult acne and I couldn't get a handle on it. A coworker of mine suggested DEA as she too had a teenage daughter with horrible acne. Both her daughter and myself had been trying several places over the previous year with little luck. My coworker had won a raffle for DEA and decided to take her daughter. Her experience was so wonderful she told me about it and I too went. Since my first visit till now I haven't seen another esthetician. I usually see either Violet (the daughter) or Aida (Owner/mother). I have referred several other friends and they too love DEA. They will ask to see all of your facial products so they can try to assess what you're putting on your face. They take their time and are always thorough. They don't push their own products, although they have everything. If I had to say anything negative it's that the product prices are a bit pricey. There are no ingredient lists so it's hard to do a product comparison and it makes me feel like I can go to Sephora and get something just as worthy at a cheaper price. I would absolutely recommend this place for any esthetician procedures you may need. They also offer Botox, lymphatic system messages, laser hair removal and rosacea care. read more

Happy to start the process, I knew it would take a while. The treatments were specifically tailored to the way my skin responded. I went in for treatments 2-3 times a week along with continual use of my dermaroller at home. The serums Aida suggested to use with my dermaroller helped tremendously. My review for DEA has long been overdue. I made a resolution this year to frequently get facials and I'm glad I came across DEA. I have a good skin I would say as I regularly take care of it but it's different when it's touched by professional's hands and Aida has been amazing! During a consultation I told her that I'm not looking for a specific facial but I want something that's customized to my skin per her observation. I went couple times this year and also purchased a spot treatment gel which is amazing. I use it regularly in my moisturizer but most importantly during certain times of a month, you'll understand this ladies, I get a pimple here and there. People need to understand that you really get what you pay for. I've been using their products for a very long time and they are absolutely amazing!! You can't expect to have flawless skin and use amazing, one of a kind products and not spend the money. If you compare the price of Dea cleanser to a $6 cleanser from CVS, obviously it's not even going to have the same ingredients and nutrients your skin needs . Actually, if you really think about it, their products are inexpensive compared to other products out there in department stores. And every single product Aida recommends, really really works!!!! Now their facials, I don't even know where to begin, every time I walk out of there I feel so clean and rejuvenated. I have cystic acne and I came in wanting to just have her clean up my skin and take a look because it was my first time experiencing cystic acne. She scarred my entire face and until today it hasn't faded. Without a physician, she sits there assuming she's the doctor and just zaps everything on your face (cause that's really the only thing she knows how to do). Let me first start off by saying that I have PCOS, and had really thick and corse facial hair. I am truly lucky to have been referred to Linet with DEA Skin Center. She restored my confidence and gave a part of me back that I lost a long time ago. I tried laser when it first came out in Beverly Hills and was told that I would see a drastic decrease in the growth of facial hair. I was optimistic and went diligently to my appointments hoping for some change, but gave up after the 15th session when there were no difference. Devastated as I was, I thought I would try others hoping for some results. Unfortunately, after trying 5 different places, the end was all the same. No results and lots of pain both physically and emotionally and thousands of dollars down the drain. As a woman, your face is an important, if not the most important part of yourself. It's the first thing people notice when they meet you. I would cringe in social situations, deathly afraid that my 5 o'clock shadow would be growing in. I tried to cover it up with makeup and would shave every day. It came to a point where I didn't want to even go out because of my embarrassing facial hair. I would wonder to myself, why me? Why am I like this. I was afraid to kiss my niece or nephew afraid that my stubble would hurt them. That kind of thing really messes a person up. Shortly after meeting up with Linet and going through a couple of sessions, I noticed something that I hadn't with other places....the hair was actually decreasing. I would run my hands up and down my face and would be in tears because this is what a woman's face was supposed to feel like.
