They sent a technician out who told me that the furnace needed to be replaced. Luckily I had a tenant in the building who installs commercial systems. He brought home a diagnostic device and told me the furnace was fine. I called a residential furnace technician who serviced the furnace and said it was working at peak efficiency. Years ago, when I wanted a sink and toilet put in a laundry room, they quoted $400 and billed me $1100. When I called to ask about the discrepancy, they said they'd call me back. Never did. Finally, when I first bought the property, I signed up for their auto fuel delivery. I thought they were delivering but they weren't and I ran out of oil.

Final cost was within $100 of estimate. Scheduling was difficult this summer, but they altered their arrival time as requested so I could be at home. Arrived with all the needed equipment and labor, and finished the job in less than 3 hours. Andy is a magician with that C332. I had concrete pavers under steps sticking out into the driveway which Rox pointed out looked awful. Andy pulled the pavers out, broke one in half, replaced them under the steps, and finished the asphalt right up against the steps. Looks much better and I appreciated his attention to detail. They rolled the finished driveway top to bottom, let it sit a bit, then side to side. Driveway looks great, clean-up was quick, and they were off to the next job. Won't know about durability for a couple years, but off to a great start.
