I'm so glad we found Craftsman Coffee on our way home right before they closed at 4:00pm. Darling little spot with the coffee truck tucked into a garage! Vibrant plants everywhere and I dig their whimsy design inside, especially their choice of records on the wall. It was windy outside, so we were thrilled to find that their pink bench was actually heated. We sank into it and almost fell asleep lol Banana latte ($8.75): Ok hear me out. I know it's almost $9. For me, it was worth it! I'm glad I got it hot at the barista's suggestion, and I was surprised it came with a lightly caramelized banana. On a toothpick. Like a cocktail. The banana wasn't overpowering and I could still taste the strong coffee, which is what I like! Also not too sweet. My friend ordered the hot hojicha latte ($8.75), and she said multiple times that it was really good. Another friend got a hot chocolate, and I believe it's the chocolate they use for their mochas. 5 stars all around and we definitely could have sat for longer. We'll be back! read more

We just wanted a quick coffee nearby before heading out for the day, and saw this was down the street. I didn't get a chance to take a look at any photos before leaving, but I wish I did so I could set my expectations. - PARKING - We got a spot right in front of the shop, otherwise there are adjacent streets for more parking. - SERVICE/ENVIRONMENT - Really cute and cozy shop. There are sofas and chairs inside with some neat artwork. They have two menu boards set up next to the coffee cart, as well as some special drinks posted on the cart itself. They only have 2 people working in the cart, so it did take a little bit for our drinks to come out. - DRINKS - Blueberry Latte (~$9): The size immediately caught me off guard. It was much smaller than I expected, and after looking at it closer, the two large whiskey ice cubes took up 20% of the cup, meaning I had even less liquid. The blueberrry syrup/jam/sauce was stuck on the bottom, so I couldn't taste it until I got to the end. - OVERALL - I'm always looking to support local and small businesses, but the price you pay for what you get here is disappointing. read more

Craftsman Coffee always has a nice vibe, as it not only serves delicious coffees and teas, but also supports many popups to continue to grow their brand. Among their drinks for noncoffee drinkers, I love their turmeric golden milk. It has a nice earthy flavor and when iced is well balanced with two ice chunks included. The ice shape, at least for me, helps to let the flavor be maintained throughout my enjoyment of the drink, making it one of my favorites in the Bay. read more

There are wonderful heated seats that you can snag if you are lucky enough and in the weekends they usually have yummy food pop ups that happen if you check out their instagram page. I would say bring cash if you can; it provides a little bit of a discount. All their speciality lattes are excellent and you can't go wrong. If you bring your own mug in they also have a punch card to get your 10th drink free. If you're paying through town they also have some nice gift goodies you can purchase too. read more

I ordered the Kali Mocha with oat milk, it was rich, not too sweet, and foamy. They have some merch available like sweatshirts, and other small trinkets. I discovered Craftsman Coffee on Yelp and Tiktok, and had the opportunity to visit on a Sunday afternoon! It's close to home for me, so I'm happy I can visit this place as often as I can! The inside is aesthetic with the shop operating from a truck in a garage/warehouse. I think that's cool because they can use the truck for events with a minimal setup. The seats they provide for the shop are heated too! That was surprising to discover especially since it gets cold in Pacifica. There's plenty of room to sit and just relax or work remotely. I ordered a Lavender Latte while my boyfriend ordered a Gingersnap Latte. Both were so warm, fresh, and delicious. Very quality craft coffee. However, for the price, the cup sizes felt a bit small and the drinks had a little too much foam for our liking. This is a hidden gem in the heart of Pacifica. It is a unique concept of a "garage" like storefront with a coffee truck serving coffee + pastries on the inside of the store. The store is decorated with a fun retro ambiance with lots of cool seating. There's one that even has a heated chair that is by an artist. It is not dog friendly in the sense that you cannot bring your dog in with you to order - you'll need to have them stay outside - keep that in mind if you're on a solo walk with your doggy. I've visited a few times and have mostly tried oatmilk matchas and lattes. All times my drinks taste good & the service is friendly and quick. They have a few tables and seating area inside and a small area where they small artisan items and gift cards for their cafe. To me it's a bit pricey. They prefer cash - I spend a little over $7.50 for a single 10oz drink each time I come and pay with card. Overall, I think it's definitely worth checking out when in Pacifica. read more

I honestly don't even remember how I came across Craftsman Coffee. I think it only had two reviews when I found it and I was like wait what is this hidden gem I've never heard of. So I made the drive and wow. It's tucked inside what looks like a warehouse, and they serve out of this adorable little truck setup inside. Super lowkey, super cool, and just good vibes all around. Let me tell you something - LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING . You have to get the pastries. I don't care what diet you're on. Don't think, just do it. I had this cream rhubarb thing that I don't even fully understand but it was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The strawberry pastry, the chocolate twist--every single one was fire. Pair that with a simple oat milk latte and I'm literally holding back tears. That combo is peace. I also tried the strawberry matcha and it's a solid 4.9 out of 5. Refreshing, balanced, and just enough sweetness. What really makes this place even better is the energy. They have heated benches. Yes, heated benches that you can adjust yourself. You can curl up with a book, sip your drink, and just melt into the moment. There's also a Pac-Man machine and a bunch of cute, quirky little things you can buy around the space. It's got charm and personality without trying too hard. I was looking for spots in Pacifica for some coffee and came across this place. It had good reviews and 4 1/2 stars so we gave it a try. It's very modern inside with a good ambiance but that's the only excitable part of our experience here. I ordered a banana latte and my boyfriend ordered a caramel cold brew. The girl at the register goes "We have one pastry left, would you guys like to take it" and we took it as "it's on the house" especially since we didn't mention getting any food and it was indeed the last one. So we ended up getting charged for the 2 drinks and chocolate croissant. We get our drinks and immediately looking at my boyfriend's cold brew I knew it looked off. It looked super watery, but we gave it a shot. His cold brew was as it looked, watery with no taste of caramel or coffee. My latte tasted so burnt and watery as well, I couldn't bare the taste. We both ended up throwing away our drinks and had no faith in them remaking it, since both the latte and cold brew was a disappointment. read more

Visited Craftsman Coffee this morning as I wanted to explore a new coffee shop. The interior decor of the coffee car captured my attention and the aesthetics of this coffee shop did not disappoint. Craftsman Coffee is beautifully decorated with plants, records, a fun color palette, and retro items. This is definitely an "Instagram-worthy" spot. I ordered at the coffee cart inside. The menu is on the left wall. I always am interested in trying a monthly special, so I went for the banana latte. The owner, Judy, rang my up at the counter. Judy let me know there were some fresh pastries available including an apple crumble and a chocolate croissant. Though I wasn't sure of the price (I believe pastries are listed as market price on the menu), I really wanted to try a pastry. The banana latte was $8 and the pastry was $7. I do think the price is a bit high, especially for the size of the latte compared to other coffee shops, but I had a good experience overall. You could tell Judy was thoughtful as she took my name for the coffee order and confirmed the spelling of my name which was nice. The banana latte tasted delicious! The banana flavor is not overpowering. The torched sugar banana isn't my personal favorite... I'd probably prefer just a few normal banana slices, but everyone is different and I believe the garnish is less important than the latte. I also loved the apple crumble pastry. Delicious coffee in a cool space! They roast their beans and they come in a nice little designed package. The space is retro and cool, fitted with a pac man arcade machine, a vinyl player, tons of plants and some heated benches from a well loved SF maker. This is a really cool place to hang out, except the one thing is they don't have a bathroom, which is unfortunately because.. coffee. I suppose it does get people going to their next destinations! I'd really love to give this place a 5-star, but the barista quality can be up and down. It really comes down to overheating the milk that might have given it a little burnt taste before it cools down a bit. The roast is also darker than what I usually like but it's to the mister's liking! This is easily my favourite coffee shop along hwy 1! read more
