Their CSR's do not communicate with each other and do not follow up as they should. Given this is a service organization they have fallen terribly short of an acceptable level of service. Sadly, this seems to be the case within the oil and gas supplying industry. It's a bit of a monopoly and they all seem to have a "could care less, go somewhere else if you don't like it" attitude. If it were not for the good group-buy price we get for propane I would have kicked their six to the curb a long time ago. They have one service tech for our area, he is very capable and a good guy, "IF" you can get him! He came to our house to address a propane leak at our generator. He rounded the corner and said the installation was done completely wrong, and it was done by another Superior tech who no longer works for them. Good luck.

Plus, the estimate was high -- ~500 for the first 100 feet of cable, and ~300 for the next 100 feet if needed. But Steve was great. He made time for us right away, figured everything out, fixed it, and the final bill was less than his estimate. I think he is very good, professional, competent, honest. We are lucky to have him.

He did an electrical diagnosis of the pump in the well (no problems) and concluded that the water line through the crawlspace had frozen. He heated the crawlspace, with his boss bringing a second heater to speed up the process. In less than two hours the line was thawed and water was restored. Billy was able to do a correct diagnosis and explain it to us, and fix the problem. We're very happy with Jerm's. And so is the tenant.

UPDATE November 2018: The counselors and administration at Headrest are so inaccurate in note taking and reporting to controlling legal authorities it constitutes malpractice or they are truly dishonest and unethical liars. Either way, if you are mandated to attend treatment avoid Headrest like you would the plague. They are incompetent and have taken a great local treatment resource with roots and a storied history in the Upper Valley and run it into the ground. It's a crying shame what they have done.
