For our rehearsal dinner, we had an Italian spread, and I am not exaggerating when I say the lasagna was literally the best lasagna I have ever had in my life. I ate the leftovers for an entire week and was genuinely sad when they were gone. For our wedding dinner, we had a taco bar, and it was a dream. The chicken was freaking phenomenal, the food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we hoped for. Dawn also made our wedding dessert dreams come to life with an assortment of desserts that were just as beautiful as they were delicious. Beyond the food, their professionalism, presentation, and display were unlike anything I have ever seen. Everything looked amazing, ran smoothly, and felt so thoughtfully done. I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding weekend without them. To my extreme relief, Janet answered the phone and was calm and understanding. She was able to reach out to Ernesto who was willing to come to our party. Ernesto arrived on time, cooked delicious tacos and churros, and was fun and friendly to all of our guests. He was definitely a crowd favorite! A service truck with all of the advertising for Flavor Chef Catering was driving extremely erratically, well over the speed limit, and was tailgating me to the point that I was worried they would hit me. I was turning into my residential area with my signal on when the driver of this truck tried to split the lanes and almost caused an accident. When you have all of your advertising on a panel truck, you need to understand that that's just as important as having a good or bad product. I would never use this company and I would make sure that if I ever have the chance I would let people know not to use them either. Driving so erratically that they almost caused an accident is more damaging than a bad meal.
