I called the office to explain that I was told I would not be billed and they confirmed before my visit with the insurance company that both xrays were covered. Employee advised that the insurance company must have wrongly told their employee who checked my coverage prior to my visit. I contacted my Insurance company who checked their records/call logs-recordings and provided me a letter stating no one from the dentist office called prior to my visit to verify coverage. My favorite part of my visit was how my technician kept explaining everything to me, it really put me at ease.
