Just don't come late to your appointment after like 7-10 minutes they will reschedule your appointment and you won't be seen at your original time. I looked at reviews for all the local dentists in my area, and found Dr. Hong only a block away. I simply can't complain. First, I was greeted by Shanon, at the front desk, and she is amazing! She not only is able to tell you your exact portion you will be paying out-of-pocket, she is amazing at scheduling. Shanon makes it easy that you are able to make a plan (financially) of all your dental procedures so that you won't go over your insurance maximum, and so that you can budget your expenses before hand. This way, you're not caught off guard when you receive the dental bill. Scheduling is awesome as well as she actually calls you back when there are openings. I feel like other dentists/doctors never get back to me when I ask for any earlier openings when people cancel their appointments! Shanon e-mails you to confirm any appointments, and they even text you to make things even more convenient if you need to reschedule, cancel, or confirm an appointment. Then, there's the staff. Dr. Hong seems very knowledgeable, and is very easy to talk to. I knew I needed to get some work done since I had not been to a dentist in a few years, and Dr. Hong personally sat me down in her office, and went over a plan to get me back on track. That alone made me feel like an important patient. From there, they were able to tell me exactly how much each procedure would take, and how to get the most out of my insurance plan. Other noticeable staff include Rebecca, the dental assistant. She always is fun to talk to during my visits and makes going to the dentist less stressful. And Judy, the hygienist, has also helped me get my gums back on track and healthy in about a year or so! Overall, the staff is very professional, knowledgeable in their specialties, and provide excellent customer service.
