Just don't come late to your appointment after like 7-10 minutes they will reschedule your appointment and you won't be seen at your original time. I originally had an appointment on June 1 to have the crown placed on my dental implant. My appointment had been confirmed by text, but when I arrived, I was told I was there at the wrong time. Despite the confirmation messages, the office had not even ordered my crown. Instead, they took X-rays, told me the necessary part would be ordered, provided me with an estimate for the crown, and said someone would call me to schedule once everything arrived. I also had a cleaning scheduled later that month and asked whether my insurance benefits had been verified. I was told the visit "should" be covered, but no one could actually confirm my benefits. Because of the uncertainty, I canceled the appointment. On June 29, after not hearing anything, I had to follow up with the office myself . I was told the implant part had arrived, so I scheduled an appointment believing I was finally having my crown placed. After taking time off work and arriving for the appointment, I was informed that I was actually only scheduled for a scan because the crown had not been made yet. Once again, there had been no clear communication. To make matters worse, the office manager was dismissive of my concerns and even suggested that I could go somewhere else, which is exactly what I ended up doing. She also informed me that the cost of my treatment would be approximately $1,000 more than the written estimate I had previously been given. No one had contacted me about this significant increase beforehand, and I was expected to pay the additional amount after the appointment. The most disappointing part was when the dentist told me he had the implant part sitting on his desk just two days after my June 1 appointment. Despite having what was needed to move forward, no one ever contacted me. This office was disorganized, poorly managed, and lacked basic communication. Between the scheduling issues, inaccurate estimates, failure to follow up, and dismissive customer service, I cannot recommend this practice.
