My wife decided to take a job on the East Coast for a year so she could be with our newborn granddaughter. The business said that they would cover me as well, but when she got there and was signing the papers found out that they wouldn't so here I am no insurance and I need to go see a dentist. Low and behold, wild Creek dental sells their own dental plan and it is better than the option that I had taken from me. I couldn't be happier with the work that I've had done. I had a veneer and three porcelain crowns put on and am very very happy with the service given by the dentist and all employees. They were all very nice very professional and again I just couldn't be happier if I could give them six stars I would! read more

The dental work was okay, but it is now a month since I was last in the office, and my refund has still not been issued. I had to finance the work done and company is still expecting a monthly payment. According to my records the refund is for $1400.00, which would clear the balance. I had a Appointment at 9am today 6/26/25. I got appointment reminders a couple time during the week say 9am. at 8:15 I get a text say we are schedule appointment for the 2 filing . at 10am. I was never told about this only the 9am even the card I received said 9am. nothing about 10am appointment. I had a baby sitter for my kid to be watch for a 2 hours i paid for. I even paid ahead of time I had ever thing set and they started to change times on me. This is very unprofessional. I told them I can do the 9am appointment but I can't do the 10am part. there words were you will lose the 190 dollar I paid for to get this work done plus they are going to charge me a no show for not give 48hours notice when I only got a 45 mins notice before My schedule 9am appointment, for the 10am appointment they schedule me at 8:15am that morning. This is very bad business decision. even tho they wont give me my money back for them reschedule my filling at 10am. I would NOT!! recommend to use this demist else you have money to throw away to them and have a bunch of time for them to reschedule appointment times at the last minute. HOPEFULLY THEY LEARN HOW TO KEEP THERE WORDS AND TIME FOR APPOINMENTS THEY SET UP IN THE FUTURE AND BE A HONEST DENTIST WHEN THEY SCREW UP THEY SHOULD REFUND MONEY AND APOLOGY FOR THERE APPOINMENT SCREW UP. I FEEL THE PERSON THAT DOES THE CAVITYS WAS RUNNING LATE SO THEY WANT THE CLIENT TO RESCHEDULE THERE TIME. UNPROFESSIONAL. AT LEAST BE HONEST AND TELL THE FULL TRUTH. If I didn't show up at 9am they would have charge me a late fee. Now they are screwing up. they wont refund my money and they said since I cant make the 10am appointment they are going to charge me a cancelation fee. Maybe this is why there office is all way empty because of how they treat there clients by changing times/ adding new times 45 mins before the normal appointment, and not having good business. so I lost because i paid for babysitter for 3 hour 8am to 11am to watch kid to get work done. and I paid up front 190 dollars, and when I went in to the office at 8:30am to talk to them to find out what was going on. They said I was going to pay a cancellation fee for the 10am that I could not do because I had things to do. even they only gave me a 45min notice on this 10am appointment. I feel the doctor was probably running behind and they are trying to blame it on me. DO not use this dentist. I will not pay a late fee for a appointment that they set up 45mins before my 9am appointment. The worst business policy I have even ran in to in my life. SCAM ARTIST this dentist is. THE LADY UP FRONT SAID IM GOING TO HET A LATE CHARGE BECAUSE I DIDNT CANCEL 48 HOURS BEFORE APPOINMENT. EVEN THO THEY CREATED THIS APPOINMENT 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE 9AM APPOINMENT. Initial impression of Dr. Cope and his team was a super positive one. Very nice group of people, super friendly, professional, and thorough. They fit me in for X-rays and a cleaning within a week. The place was clean. They have those ceiling TV's for patients (I got to watch a Scuba Video while having my teeth cleaned :) ). Cleaning was thorough and the hygienist who did the cleaning, even got the dentist when she was concerned with a specific area. Dr. Cope also said he would try to fix my 'crown bridge' that my other dentist said wasn't possible to separate, but has been causing me discomfort for over a year. *cross fingers* appointment is next week! I'll update after more time with them, but initial impression a very positive one. I'd 100% recommend them on what I have seen so far. read more

The best dentist office ever. I found Wildcreek Dental because several of my coworkers were raving about how great they were. At 36 years old I had not been to the dentist in over 15 years, because of childhood trauma I would have panic attacks in the chair. When I came into the office I was shaking because I was literally so scared, the entire staff are beyond phenomenal!! As embarrassed as I was freaking out, the assistant and the dentist were so kind and caring, they made me feel safe and talked me through everything. The whole vibe of the office is zen and super friendly!! I may panic a bit but I look forward to my appointments and leave with a smile on my face!! 10 out of 10 recommend, especially if you have any anxieties going in!! I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Bray and her staff! I have pretty significant dental anxiety due past dental experiences, and every appointment I've had here has been a breeze. I was made to feel comfortable from the start, and everything being done was always explained to me step by step, which helped my anxiety as well. After my filling was completed, I decided to ask Dr. Bray about the possibility of repairing a chipped tooth in the future. She said it wouldn't be a problem at all and was able to do it right away for me, very happy with her work, it looks great! I had gone to wild Creek dental for a few visits. During one of my visits, the dentist after getting my tooth ready for a Crown The dentist has stepped away to go with other patients. And Allowed the assistant to finish fitting my Crown. The assistant then filed one of my teeth that was above my Crown. Permanently ruining the enamel on my tooth. Which if you know any better they are not supposed to file You're real teeth to make them fit to the crown they're supposed to File The Crown to fit your real teeth. It feels very rough to the touch of my tongue. I had brought this up to the dentist at the next visit and instead of trying to figure something out She denied it Ever happened And got mad at me and treated me very poorly for the rest of the visit. I was desperate for a dentist's office and this is one of the few dentist offices that my insurance accepts so I continued with my visits.. Each of my visits were out-of-pocket about a $1000. I ran into a financial hardship and had to reschedule a few of my appointments. Which understandably had a fee for rescheduling, which I was 100% okay with. When next was it was supposed to be for another Crown and root canal? Which again would be over a $1000 out-of-pocket and I was having a hard time making that happen so I pushed my schedule out a little further upon my last reschedule. They told me that I am no longer able to go with their office due to a fine print contract that I signed stating that I can't reschedule. I do believe it was over 2 or 3 times. Which if they would have explained to me verbally or if I was smart enough to just read the contract and the fine print. I would have not rescheduled I would have Got a loan out or something to make it work. So, therefore I now have to go to another dentist office and have them fix what this dentist has done, which becomes a problem with them because they do not know exactly what she has done. It has made a very traumatic experience for me. And now I am in a worse situation than I was before. I went to the dentist which is saying something considering. I have a little over $3000 out-of-pocket Worth of work done. read more

I highly recommend Wildcreek dentist! I am super happy I found this place! My experience with Wildcreek Dentist goes on beyond words! When I first walked in I was super terrified, but once I spoke to the front desk person and explained how it was my first time at a dentist in 10 years she was able to calm me down and reassure me that I was in good hands. Every staff I met was super friendly and welcoming so much I forgot about how nervous I was. So far, I have only gone for a cleaning and a tooth filling which both visits I had were very pleasant experiences. I was very happy with my tooth filling because I had that tooth messed up for like (15 plus) years and now I can smile with confidence. This is the best dentist office I have ever seen. I came to this area from the East Coast to vacation and decided to get a check up and cleaning. Dr. Cope and his team are by far the nicest and most professional group I've been to. We moved here almost 2 years ago and due to travel, newborns and toddlers, I hadn't been for a check up since October 2015. Dr. Cope moved next door to us a few months ago and I'm so glad I met him. I called yesterday to let them know I needed to make an appointment but they were booked until March! Somehow there was an opening and I booked it. Christy helped me with my insurance over the phone to complete the new patient process. She was really sweet and friendly. I arrived today and was greeted by the team who again, were super friendly. Maya was my Hygenist and we had a blast laughing and talked like we were long time friends. She was the best Hygenist I've ever had. Finally, Dr. Cope came in and he's a super great guy.
