Aaron brought to our attention that our condenser is not performing to like it should and that it will be needing to be replaced. No professionalism. No accountability. Now, only one week later, my AC is out AGAIN. Two days later they install the system and then have my mother sign the paperwork. She thought she was signing the payment plan that she wanted. $14 K with a 5year payment plan. The new BILL was $24 with a 15 year payment plan. at 7.99% Estimate never received. Invoice was the only thing given. I spoke to the GM ,He said too bad she signed the contract. Also, Sales Industry, I am sure the salesperson got a hefty commission for the sale of the $24 k system. They did install a new thermostat and left holes in the wall. Keep your ELDERLY parents away from this company.
