I've been using Aero Design Systems HVAC for my seasonal maintenance for the past 5 years or so, (also purchased my AC from them) I have been really impressed with their honesty and transparency through out the years. We worked with Aaron today, Oct. 8,2025. Aaron and the entire team are so professional and courteous. Aaron brought to our attention that our condenser is not performing to like it should and that it will be needing to be replaced. He mentioned that we could replace it today since he had the part available or we could just monitor it. There was absolutely no pressure to have it replaced right then and there just that it would need to be replaced soon, he left all up to me. Amazing Company ! This is the second time my husband and I have called for their help with our heater/air conditioner. Both times we have been throughly impressed. I called and spoke with Heather, who is very cordial, about a problem we were experiencing with a Fan continuing to run. Surprisingly she made an appointment for us that day !! Juan Aguilar came to our home, on time as expected, and was very understanding, extremely helpful and experienced in repairing our units. Juan found out why my heater chose to quit in the middle of the ice storm, fixed the problem, and was very courteous polite and professional while doing it. Even with ice falling from the trees! These guys were amazing! We called today figuring it would be a while before they could get us in and within 2 hours later they were here and it was a simple, straightforward fix. Everyone speaks very highly of one that lives in Forest Oaks (where we do) and we had a HORRIBLE a experience with them 18mo ago so Aero Designed Systems was like a breath of fresh air. They beat their estimated timeframe, cost and really were exceptional in every way! Hooray for Air Conditioning!! Aero Designed Systems in Lakeway, Texas has handled my HVAC service needs since 2010. I live in a condominium community where the outdoor HVAC equipment is located on the rooftops of the buildings. Some HVAC companies refuse to do work at our condos because of where the equipment is located but not Aero Designed Systems. They'll do the job no matter what the conditions. Paul Slack and his team are very knowledgeable in all areas of HVAC service. They always deliver a high quality job in a very timely manner, typically within one or two business days. Paul worked his magic again for me recently when he resolved an annoying knocking in my wall that had been going on intermittently for over two years. The knocking was caused by loose refrigerant lines that ran from the air handler in my neighbor's condo downstairs up through my walls and on up to the rooftop. Paul was able to assess and resolve the problem within 45 minutes. He secured the loose refrigerant lines so they no longer knocked against each other and - voila! - the knocking was gone. The house was not as cool as it should be. I'd heard good things about AERO, so I took the chance and asked for them to come out and take a look. As with most things you don't know anything about, the technician could tell you almost anything, and with a system in my home over a decade old, I was ready for worst. He walked me through the things that might cause the problems, and then went to work. As Jake did his thing, he showed me the readings on his tools, and told me what they meant. I've had heating and air guys out before. I've never seen anyone do the job so thoroughly. The end of the evaluation was not "you need a new system" (although I am sure I will sooner than later). He took care of the issue and told me what to keep an eye on moving forward. I was dealt with honestly, by a guy who knew his stuff and did a great job. I have every confidence in AERO. I was referred to Aero by a neighbor/friend who had used them in the past. I had known for a few years that I would need to replace the duct work throughout the house. We had only been in our new home for a few days when the A/C failed the night before our movers arrived with all of our belongings. With all of the in and out to get our stuff unloaded the temperature in the house eventually hit a high of 93F. I requested a service call in the morning and was scheduled fr between 3 and 4 PM. Fernando called ahead before arriving and I told him that the moving truck was still here. My wife and I were in a HUGE panic this past week. Let me start by saying that our house is on the market and we're showing the house very regularly. Thursday afternoon I get home from work and walk upstairs...apparently I walked into the mouth of a volcano. The thermostat said 85 degrees with the air on. WHAT???!!! I called Paul at Aero Designed Systems. He calmed me down and assured me that they would have someone to our home the following morning. The next morning Roger showed up exactly when they said he would. Given the problem he couldn't fix it on the spot. We told Roger that we had an open house the following day (Saturday) and the air had to be fixed. Roger came back that evening, on a Friday night, at 7:30pm to fix our AC. It was a simple fix but that level of service at such a fair price is unheard of. I will recommend anyone and everyone to Aero Design. They have a client for life! read more

My first experience with Aero was a year ago. I called them at 6 pm and they were at my house by 7pm. They replaced the coil for my AC which was still under warranty. Fast forward 1 year. My brother and 5 other family members were staying at my house - I was at my boyfriend's house. My brother called me this morning to say the house was 84 degrees so naturally I called Aero. They were there in 15 minutes!!!!! Repair was completed in less than 1 hour! Fast forward again to later that afternoon at my boyfriends - same problem!!! So weird! I called Jake who did the work at my house and he agreed to come right after his Georgetown job. Obviously I am impressed with Aero but Jake is amazing! What are the odds I would need help twice in one day. Their weekend and evening rates are consistently lower than the completion. I am a raving fan of Aero!!!!! read more

I had been out of town and came home to an 88 degree home when the thermostat had been set at 74. It was late on a Friday afternoon and several calls had been made to try and get a repair person to my home since I had guests coming in from out of town, not to mention it was blazing hot in the house. I connected with one company who came out right away but once it was detected that it was a leak in my coil he was not willing to repair it and said it needed to be replaced which would be very costly and the work couldn't be done till Monday. I then connected with Paul at Aeor Designed Systems who said he could be right over, Take a look at it and was hopeful it could be fixed that day. Paul arrived promptly, assessed the situation, fixed the leak confidently and I had a comfortable house in about an hour. He was courteous, efficient and very fair with pricing.
