Nice salon with reasonable prices. It's not fancy but it's nice enough and clean. There's none of that awful intense nail salon odor you sometimes find in other places. I was happy that when my friend and I visited here yesterday everyone- all techs and all customers were wearing masks and they left the door wide open for ventilation. My friend and I sat right near the door and felt very safe. I used to come here regularly before COVID but then stopped going in March of 2020 due to the virus. I absolutely love La Boutique Nails! The interior is clean and spacious. I feel a little less on top of the person next to me when I'm here compared to some other local salons. I strongly recommend calling ahead for an appointment. While they warmly accept walk-ins, you'll likely have to wait a while. On the other hand, I was able to get an appointment the night before for everything I wanted at the exact time I wanted. I saw Roz, who did an excellent gel manicure and regular pedicure. Prices are comparable to other local salons, though they offer a competitive $33 regular mani and pedi (not gel). Roz is super sweet and very friendly. Sina is also lovely. My appointment was in the early evening and they technically closed before I was done, but they didn't rush at all. Roz took her time and just did a perfect job. She pays so much attention to each little detail. If anything doesn't look perfect, she takes the polish off and does it over (no shortcuts!). The colors are perfectly even on each nail, and the borders are clean. My nails are uniform in length and shape. My fingers and toes were summer-ready by the time I left. I've had my nails done for a week now and there are no chips at all! I heard they're getting more gel colors soon, so I'm excited to try them! I called to schedule an appointment for a mani pedi gel and asked for the price, the lady said $48. The lady's doing my nails were very nice. They worked on my hands and feet at the same time. It was awkward positioning bc i was at the pedicure chair while the lady was also doing my hands but i was completely okay with that, did not mind and understood they were closing soon. My nails were shaped very sloppy, one of my toe nails was filed to a point instead of square like the others lol??? Until i pointed it out and another lady fixed it. When my nails were done they looked fine. One of ladies wanted to to charge me already bc the place was closing and she said something about them needing to close. She said the price is "$71"??? I've never in my life got a mani and pedi gel so expensive for something so mediocre? (Purple fingers, white toes) Today is day 2 and i have a chip on the index finger. How is a manicure so expensive but already chipping?? Even when i do a gel manicure on myself it lasts for several weeks with no chipping at all. I'm never coming back to this place. Today I had an appointment at 2:00 pm, I arrived at 1:50 pm, my master Sina, who served me for 6 years every three weeks, manicured pedicures, was very rude to me and started working at 2:30, poorly done her work always talks with other employees in her native language, maybe she speaks badly about all clients, and is also very often distracted by a phone call, she makes an appointment with someone, she is often distracted in the process of doing her work. I asked to make an appointment after three weeks for me, then she asked me to go outside and there on the street she rudely told me that she would not accept me anymore. This shop likes to charge people additional prices then refuses to give customers itemized receipts of what they're paying additional for. I questioned what I was being charged for when I had a $22 express pedi with gel nail. Apparently it's $17 to add the gel nail. I did not have any polish on my toes when I walked in, so it wasn't a " polish change " the women did not listen to me when I asked for gel nail when I watched her paint my toes with a gel polish and then not cure it with the lamp! So she had to remove it and do it over which is not my fault because I told her! Even if so 22+17 does not equal the $47 I was charged! Also, I requested a gel full set. The sign says $38 and only thing I got in addition was the length other than that they are plain nails with the basic shape! I get the length is $5 more but how does 38+5 equal the 46$ I paid? It Doesn't make sense and the women was VERY rude when I asked what she was charging me for! This is stealing and very unprofessional and will be reported to the BBB and other agencies. read more

My first experience at this salon was amazing! I made an appointment with the owner, Sina and she was wonderful. I walked in about five minutes before my appointment and was taken right away.
