Nothing special, just your average dive bar. Two pool tables, couple of tables, does have a larger draft selection.

The décor is beautiful, and the combination of indoor seating and large garage doors opening to a spacious outdoor patio creates a fun date-night vibe with excellent beach views. Be aware that the indoor dining area was so loud. We opted to dine al fresco. The drink menu is creative, but cocktails are on the pricey side at around $15+. I tried the seasonal margarita and was surprised by how small the glass was for the cost. To be fair, it was served without ice (just how I prefer it), which likely factored into the size. Even the water glasses seemed unusually small. Service was excellent across the board. The entire staff worked together seamlessly, but the true standout was Peter, the host. When seating guests, he offered a choice between tables, a thoughtful touch I watched him extend to everyone. Throughout the evening, he seemed to be everywhere at once, helping deliver drinks and desserts, checking restrooms and supplies, assisting staff, and ensuring guests were taken care of. The ultimate example of his attentiveness came when I accidentally left my purse behind while walking on the beach. Peter actually started heading toward the beach to make sure I got it back. His attitude, work ethic, and willingness to help in every area made a lasting impression. Food prices are also on the higher side. I wanted to sample a few items, so I ordered two appetizers: the mussels, which were plentiful, and the shrimp and crab cake. I'm very particular about crab cakes, and this one was excellent and highly recommended. The portions were filling, though next time I'll probably order an entrée since the pricing works out similarly. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his double stack smashburger, and we couldn't pass up dessert. The chocolate cake was enormous, incredibly moist, and absolutely delicious. Overall, Boardwalk Bar & Grill offers fantastic views, a great atmosphere, excellent service, and quality food. Just be prepared for premium pricing. If you're looking for a fun beachside date night with outstanding hospitality, it's definitely worth a visit.

Friday night at Boardwalk Grill in Indialantic was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, the experience was top-notch. Our server, Bryant, was absolutely outstanding--kind, hilarious, attentive, and somehow managed to remember all eight ladies' names at our table after being challenged! Talk about impressive. We started with the burrata and fish dip, both fresh, flavorful, and the perfect way to kick off the evening. For our entrées, the steak and salmon were cooked to absolute perfection. Every bite was worth savoring. While Boardwalk may be a bit of a splurge, I can confidently say it's one of those places where the experience matches the price point. Between the food, service, atmosphere, and attention to detail, you won't leave disappointed. Perched above downtown Melbourne, the rooftop offers stunning panoramic views of the river, the causeway, and the city below. It's the kind of place where you find yourself taking "just one more picture" every few minutes. We started with a Bloody Mary and a creamy Espresso Martini--both beautifully crafted and a perfect way to settle in and enjoy the scenery. The crab cakes were fantastic: crispy on the outside, packed with crab, and refreshingly light on filler. The watermelon salad was bright, fresh, and incredibly flavorful. It came with olives, which weren't really necessary for us, but they were easy to set aside and didn't take away from an otherwise excellent dish. The star of the meal was the 12-ounce ribeye with cowboy butter, cooked rare exactly as requested. A perfect sear on the outside, tender and juicy inside. The crispy potatoes were golden and creamy, the heirloom carrots and asparagus were cooked beautifully, and the pesto added a fresh burst of flavor that tied everything together. Between the exceptional food, creative cocktails, attentive service, and a view that makes you want to linger long after the meal is over, The Landing Rooftop delivered an experience that felt special from start to finish. And a big thank you to Yelp for hosting such a wonderful event and giving us the perfect excuse to spend an afternoon enjoying one of Melbourne's best views. I'll definitely be back--though next time I may need to decide whether I'm there for the steak or the skyline.

It was a little on the hot side but the hostess gave me a seat in the shade. She assured me if it got too hot she could easily move me inside. I decided on a salad. The watermelon and feta salad sounded so refreshing on a hot Florida day. I chose that instead of the grilled Reuben or the Angus steak burger. I am so happy I did. It was one of the best salads I have ever had and it was so refreshing. The staff was so appreciative that I was there. I highly recommend it after this visit and will take friends in my next visit.

Every day of the week they have a different separate drink menu for the specialties of that day. I love the Wednesday bourbon. The vibe inside is so amazing and Homie and it is pretty intimate though. So keep in mind if you have large parties like I went once with around six people it is hard for everyone to sit together. So I would definitely recommend coming on more weekday evenings when it's not as busy otherwise you will be having to wait in a line outside unfortunately. The capacity seems to be roughly around 30 people after talking with the bartenders. The bartenders are extremely knowledgeable. The off menu drinks that they could come up with ended up being some of my absolute favorites. I had the bartender at one point make me three surprise me drinks for whatever they felt like they could make. And every single one was so amazing I ended up passing it around to the rest of the group for everyone to try. Keep in mind, the drinks are probably a little bit more on the expensive side, but you are paying for more of the experience. It is also important to note that there is a five dollar cover fee that will last for a full week to enter the place, or you can buy an annual membership for $40. If you buy the annual membership, they do type out a membership library card for you and laminate so it feels very official and it's very cool to be able to have in your wallet. In the true vibe of speakeasy, this is a hidden gem.

The cocktails were exceptional. I asked for classic cocktails that weren't in the menu. They delivered. Love the place. Why Four stars? Service was three bears. The waiter with the blonde mop of hair is very nice but inexperienced. Too on top of customers when they arrive. He needs to give a menu and give a few minutes for guests to peruse it. The head bartender is brilliant. Talent without hospitality, though, is a craft cocktail fail. Kindness counts. The vibe was colder than the cocktails. I hope it improves on future visits. The blonde bartender in the grey dress was just right. Professional, attentive, and kind. This is easily a six star speak. When you are serving? You are "on." Be as excellent and calm of a person as you are outstanding at your craft.

My mom and I are currently sitting at the bar and Boy. Is it busy right now. However, this is the only brewery/bar. I've been to where they keep their additives that they add to the cocktails with the lid on them so no one is breathing or sneezing on them which I absolutely love. Instead, one of the main seating areas was partially taken over by strollers, toys, and other kid gear. I understand that restaurants can't control every family that visits, but the overall atmosphere felt more like a playground than a relaxing waterfront dining spot. To the staff's credit, my server was kind enough to move some of the strollers and toys so I could get a seat. Unfortunately, it had just rained and the chairs were still soaked. While I appreciated her making room for me, it would have been nice if someone had also taken a moment to wipe down the seat before it was offered to me. Instead, I had the unpleasant experience of sitting in a sopping wet chair and spent my evening here with a soggy backside, which definitely put a damper on the experience... Pun intended. I ordered a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, which was good, although I was a little surprised to receive it in a plastic cup. Maybe that's standard here, but it wasn't what I expected. For dinner, I tried the mahi tacos after seeing them mentioned in several reviews. The fish itself was good, but the tacos were absolutely covered in sauce, to the point that it drowned out the taste of everything else. Also, thatsynot what they looked like on the reviews I saw. If I knew they would have so much sauce (or any sauce actually) I would ordered it on the side. I ended up removing most of the sauce-drenched toppings just to taste the fish. I also requested a side salad and was told the only option available for a side salad was a Caesar... despite several salads being listed on the menu. I guess it was too hard to toss some salad greens into a bowl with a side if vinaigrette The parking situation is also very confusing. All the spaces indicate that parking is for guests and there is signage along the fence threatening to tow anyone who parks along the fence. I had to call the restaurant to confirm where guests could park (along the fence, as long as it is not overnight or just to go to the beach) and fortunately my car was still there when I returned from dinner. Overall, the food was decent and the waterfront location is nice. If you're looking for a casual, family-friendly beach bar, this may be a fit. However, if you're hoping for a quieter place to unwind after work or enjoy a peaceful dinner by the water, you definitely want to look elsewhere.
