I am updating this review from about nine years ago. I've been to this BWW a few times in the past nine years. It was actually one of the first restaurants I went to post-Covid, which was eerie and felt a little naughty. But anyway. It's about the same as it ever was, and about the same as all other BWWs out there. The wings were solid. They were of a good size, hot and crispy, juicy inside, and covered with a delicious sauce that adheres well. One of the advantages that BWW has to other wings places is the consistency, and amount, and the variety of their sauces. One thing that this place does fail at lately, though, is their apps. The apps we got this time were really awful. The fried pickles were still stuck to each other frozen when they entered the fryer, killing the breading, and they were undercooked anyway. The chicken tenders were the opposite, fried to death into tender jerky. And those little pretzel balls were salt bombs. Blew my palate up, not good. So, come for the wings, and only the wings. Pros: The ambiance is standard. Lots of big TVs everywhere, lots of sprots memorabilia everywhere, sports audio blaring from the speakers. Good stuff. Service was friendly enough. No real complaints. The wings are also standard, so they are always very delicious, and they have a great variety of sauces to choose from. Cons: Not specific to our server, but BWW servers everywhere are never properly trained to know which seasonal beers are available. There are more people out here than Bud Lite chuggers. The appetizer platter we ordered this time might have been one of the worst plates of food I've had in my whole life. Overcooked chicken tenders, undercooked fried pickles, greasy onion rings, BWW used to be better, before Burger King. Tips: Just KISS. Stick to the wings. read more

We had a great experience here. Gigi was an attentive server, keeping our drinks filled and she was prompt when we needed something. The food was fresh and made as ordered. The service was great! No complaints there. But I have to say this is is the first time I ever get served the laziest cut of celery ever. Went here to get the $20 bundle with 15 boneless wings, 5 chicken tenders and a large fry. My experience started with trying to order online and the online platform not working. I proceeded to call and the girl told me it was "online only" for that bundle but that she'd go ask the manager if she could just do it since the online website wasn't working. After a few minutes she told me I was "out of luck" and there was nothing they could do. That was already a red flag honestly and I shouldn't have even ordered but I decided to try the app to see if that would work. The order ended up going through and it said it would be ready at 6:40 pm. I arrived at 6:43 and the girl told me it would be out in "2 minutes".... 20 minutes later it came out. When we got home we opened the bag up and the fries were cold and unseasoned. The sauces were literally so flavorless we couldn't tell if it was blue cheese or ranch... they were also watery? The boneless chicken flavors were also very mid. The only good one was medium. The chicken tenders were given to us wrong. We ordered honey bbq and they gave them to us plain so that was so also really disappointing. Overall I won't be returning. Management seems like they don't really care about the customer, wait time was 20 minutes over, food was cold and unseasoned and they got part of our order wrong. Terrible place. I've had too many bad experiences here. On a previous order I went late at night and it seemed like the employees had been drinking. I got a chicken sandwich to go and the chicken was raw and it was supposed to come with slaw but it had almost none. And when I came back to get my compensation, which the manager offered me, he gave me an attitude instead. Now on my most recent takeout order, I got the beer cheese cheese steak sandwich with a side of chili lime slaw. In the picture on their website the sandwich looks fairly large but when I actually got it the whole thing fit inside a hamburger clamshell. They just cut it in half to put it in the clamshell. So that means the sandwich was only 8 or 9 inches long. It was also supposed to come with green onions which they forgot to add. And to top it off you can't even taste the "beer cheese". It just tastes like regular cheese. And the cup of slaw was only filled halfway! They charged me over $16 for this feast. It just feels like they just don't care. read more

Perhaps they have changed since my last visit for the better after 3-4 terrible experiences. Kept it simple and just got some bone in wings for myself and boneless for the wife. The food took 7 minutes to come out, was fresh and probably the best batch of wings i've had at a BWW in my life. Saucy, crispy, and not chewy at all. I liked that we didn't have to wait to be seated. I liked the service--Victoria was friendly, efficient and did her job well. I liked that the place seemed very clean (the bathroom was spotless) although the seats are showing wear from a difficult few years to stay afloat. My husband liked his brisket sandwich and fries. What I didn't like was the street tacos--the salsa tasted like Pace from a jar. The BBQ sauce was overpowering and I didn't love the taste. Our friends ordered nachos and there was more than enough to share with the whole table. She took most of the order home. Parking is plentiful. But I probably won't go back. Buyers BEWARE! Customers BEWARE! Had the worst experience tonight! Will NEVER be back. Slow service. I had to go to the server station Multiple times for refills and to order food or drinks. I asked to speak to the manager in regards to my Dissatisfaction and the manager did not even want to speak or look at me and did not make me feel welcomed at all. I had questioned the manager in regards to some cocktails that I received which were at a 1 ounce pour for $10. I then asked the manager what their spec was for the store and he was unable to tell me the question and made the server go and try to grab the bartender. I love B Dubs but hate dining out. That said, I always order their wings to-go. This location nails it every time. The wings are soooooo juicy yet creamy, and the fries just crisp me up. A HUGE bonus is the take-out staff. Not only are they super nice and efficient, they're handsome as heck!!! That Connor guy is especially good looking and a hard worker. I love when I get to either pick up my food from him, or place my order with him over the phone. Conversation with him is delicate yet whimsical, and he really seems to pack my orders with tender love and care. I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings but they are falling apart . Service was horrible they had two bartenders with only 3 people at the bar and half the time they were in the back or on their phones. I had to ask a guy cleaning the tables to get our check and he said he would get our bartender. 10 minutes later we were given a QR code to scan and then I had to manually type all of my personal information in. Isn't the point of the chip card to secure my information ? Also when I'm done eating I don't want to type in all my personal info just to cash out and leave. They forgot the third burger and two orders of fries. Fries came cold, for $2 extra you get a tablespoon of shredded cheese on top. Avocado tasted sour. Surprised if this place survives another Health Inspection, never mind them fraudulently operating as other restaurants to deceive consumers who would never order from them otherwise. When I am starving and in the mood for fried chicken, this is my go to place. They are open late and many of the servers are awesome, but the service is not consistent. Food is relatively consistent though, and I really like the Parmesan garlic boneless buffalo wings. They have a great deal on Thursday nights, which is luckily usually when I end up coming here. And I love the "Buffalo Zoo" mixed drink. It's fruity and smooth, and incredibly alcoholic... they also have them for $5 on Sunday nights during football season. Haven't been here in years, and probably won't come back. There was barely anyone inside dining. We sat at the bar. Bartender had the cooler pulled out and was mopping behind it. Took her a minute to come over and greet us because she was so busy working on her side work. We ordered a few drinks. Took her a long time to bring them (we were the only ones at the bar). We then ordered food - my friend got the street tacos and I ordered some boneless wings. When the food came out, it was cold like it had been sitting in the window forever. My boneless wings were swimming in sauce, to the point it was a puddle underneath them. I ate one or two and then that was it. The bartender was very sweet and nice. But there's absolutely no excuse for slow service and cold food when the place is empty.
