I cannot say enough about the quality of the staff, the warm atmosphere of the office and the caring attitude of Dr. Simonds. Day of the procedure, him and his assistant helped me remain calm and the procedure only took about 30 minutes! It was super fast and not that bad! I went in a week later for the stitches to get removed and it was super quick. My gum graft has healed beautifully since, and I strongly recommend anyone who needs this procedure to come see Dr. Gee and his team!

While the doctor seems nice enough, the whole practice is just dishonest and untrustworthy. Working with Brenda and Bridgett has been particularly frustrating.

Some of the staff was inattentive, disconnected and a bit rude and didn't seem like they were happy to be at work. They liked watching a soccer game and gossiping. My assistant was unprofessional and a bit rude. Others seemed a bit lost. Seriously lacking care about making you feel comfortable. Doing several patients at a time I waited for several hrs. with almost 1hr waiting in the chair an anxiety nightmare. I was was very cold the AC is on freeze mode had to go outside to try and warm up. Did not put numbing gel prior to numbing. I had to ask. My assistant did not do numbing gel properly causing severe pain - left the gel swap in way to long it started stinging I took it out and the assistant got angry. Annoyed that I asked for suction and rinse several times. Very! painful shots which tasted terrible. On a scale of one to ten the Pain level was a 20 - It was like they were rushed. Didn't go over with me a massive x-ray they demanded I take. I was the last of the day just wanted me done. I noticed different levels of care - Please care about All Your Patients and give them All Quality Care. Hire professional caring attentive considerate staff. -- The bad tooth is out - It was very painful! and grueling.

They took IMPRESSIONS (2 of them) and said the stay-late would be ready in a few days. 4 days later, I called and was told that the stay-plate was in. OK, it was a day or two late, but I was happy it got there. (I was teaching and couldn't be toothless!) Visit 3) The stay-plate was completely wrong. I couldn't even bite down. They took new IMPRESSIONS and I was told the new stay-plate would be ready in a few days. It was not. I was told I had to come in and redo more impressions! Visit 4) They did 3 more impressions - including one of my old stay-plate. I was told that the dental assistant would contact the labs and myself directly. One week later, (it's no been over 3 weeks since I started) and I still haven't heard from Dr. Murray's office. I ended up calling them today and they said "someone will call you when it comes in." No information given. I not only paid in cash in advance, but I paid to have them put a rush on it. I should have gotten a good stay-plate in only a few days, HOWEVER, I still have nothing to show for it. It's now been over 3 weeks. I called another dental office and they said it usually takes a week or less to get a stay-plate. What is going on? I've been waiting patiently and NO ONE has called me back to let me know when I can expect it. This is horrible customer service. I was going to get implants from Dr. Murray, and get at least 10 new patients for her, but I'm not now. I know that labs screw up, but where is the communication? The customer service? Shouldn't someone be on top of this? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 5 STARS for STAR. This recommendation is for Dr. Murray's Dental Hygienist - Star. Star was exceptionally thorough and used cutting edge instruments, including lasers, to deep clean my tooth roots and gums. She was very professional and seemed to really care about my comfort level. The hour-long procedure was painless, educational, and almost pleasant. I no longer hate going to get my teeth cleaned!
