After she finished with the lady she was working on, I asked her what she would do with my hair. Jennifer must have spent about 15 minutes playing with it, moving it around, etc. My first appointment a couple of days later was one I'll never forget. My hair is curly and has a mind of its own it seems. Now I can wash it, twirl hair around my fingers, leave with wet hair, and when it dries it looks beautiful every time. I've forgotten how many years I've been going to Jennifer.

I have Asian hair which some stylist find hard to lighten without breakage as it tends to pull more reddish undertones than others. I left with healthy gorgeous cool tone waves and zero breakage!! I decided to take a chance considering all the gorgeous pictures of Trinity's work on social media. She specializes in flawless balayages which is what I wanted for my wedding. I messaged Trinity and immediately received a response in less than 24 hours. With such short notice she was able to schedule me within two weeks just in time for my wedding. I showed her inspo pics and she gave me a quote right away. When I arrived she greeted me with a warm welcome! We discussed the final look and she gave me the full run down. She communicated the entire time I was in her chair before each step and made sure we were always on the same page. There was never a dull moment, we clicked right away! She initiated great conversation, asked genuine questions and made me feel comfortable like I was talking to my best friend. Trinity always checked on me & offered me water, tea, or coffee. I was out in about 3 hours having considerably long hair and a trim. Trinity was extremely detailed and thorough. She took her time to make sure all the foils were perfect. My hair came out BETTER than my expectations. She listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted while tailoring it to fit me. I asked her to get me as blonde as she could, but ash it out without washing me out making it the right tone for my skin tone. I asked for a money piece to frame my face that she customized to my deep side part. Time and money well spent and well deserved!! Trinity deserves a 200/10! She has a real passion for doing hair that you can feel. You will leave her chair feeling confident and beautiful. She does more than just balayage, her extension work is BOMB and I've seen her do flawless colors on others!
