Lexi and Sam today were amazing handling sandwiches and the customers with grace and kindness. They made us feel like we were special and again didn't make us feel rushed. 4. She not only switched gloves but she made my sandwich in a completely different area to make sure nothing was cross contaminated. 5. I have never been disappointed in a sandwich I have gotten here. I'm not sure if this was a one-off issue or if this is how they always make the bread. I would have preferred the focaccia to be quite a bit softer, but maybe that's just my personal preference. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, but it was a very hot day so I stayed inside with the air conditioning. The place is really clean with some nice decor. What if whatever I had in mind was readily available? All I wanted was coffee and a pastry. If her snarky question was only to find out what I wanted to eat so that she could point me in the right direction, it would've been one thing. But when I answered her question, saying about an item on the menu, she didn't ask what it was and simply repeated that they are closed. I found this short encounter with Netosha incredibly rude.
