The water heater didn't even work, yet somehow the inspector missed it--so I spent my first three weeks bonding with cold showers. The warranty company wouldn't cover it since the issue existed before I moved in. On top of that, I had to replace both toilets right away. Somehow they missed that too. Of course, when I contacted them, they denied any responsibility and took zero accountability for their mistakes. From the intake process with Nick, to the actual inspection with Jake, everything was straight to the point, clear to understand, and I knew exactly what was going on along the way. I'm not going to lie... getting these tests are extremely stressful, just because you don't know what's going to come up. One thing that I did appreciate was that they are a testing company only, and don't do any post work, so they don't have any reason to tell you that you need more than you really do. I also loved that they gave you all the numbers and prices ahead of time so that you knew what to expect depending on the number of samples they had to take. Because the house is on the larger side with a ton of popcorn ceilings and wallpaper, everything took a little over 90-minutes to complete. Within 48-hours we had our first report with results, and two days after that, a full report with photos was in our email inbox. Jake himself called to make sure we understood what was sent, and was available for any additional questions after the fact. They did not have a diagram in their report showing where their samples were taken , and their report was riddled with errors. Phone calls and emails did not produce results. The bad reviews were correct about this company. My public adjuster insisted on using them.
