This review is specifically for Hoka Clifton 9 shoes. When looking up their HQ, Deckers Brand Showcase is the top search result. My Hoka Clifton 9 shoes started literally falling apart after only three months. When I first purchased them, I thought they were the most comfortable shoes I had ever worn. I compared it to walking in a bouncy house. Then after three months, I noticed that all of the rubber in the sole had started to fray, leaving all the edges looking tattered and raggedy. By the fourth month, the traction pads embedded in the poor-quality rubber sole were coming loose and I had to glue them back on. My wife had purchased Hokas as well and her soles were worn completely flat in a matter of months. Apparently, that initial comfort is due to poor quality spongey rubber that has no durability. From Hoka's website: "our one-year warranty covers material/ craftsmanship defects up to one year from the date of purchase. For example, if the tread starts to come away from the outsole or if your waterproof style is letting water in." This turns out to be very misleading. I tried contacting Hoka support about my shoes' poor quality. They want me to mail the shoes to them at my own expense so that they can *decide* whether or not they will honor the warranty. Customers purchasing $150 shoes have a right to expect quality of product and quality of customer care. From Hoka I have received neither. DO NOT BUY! No durability whatsoever!

Goleta, CA Decker brands include: Ugg, Ugg Home, Hoka, Sanuk and a few other brands I had not previously heard of. This is not an outlet store. The showcase company store is located in the same parking lot as their Corporate office. The showcase store carries all of the current styles available within each brand. Originally, the showcase store was only opened for employees and investors but is now opened to the public. I arrived 30 minutes prior to closing which I regretted, I needed more time. I came in to look at the HOKA brand but would have looked at others brands if time permitted. The benefit to coming to this store is, no one retail store carries every single style, so it is nice to see the whole line. Upon walking in I was greeted and promptly asked if I would like sparkling or still water. Seriously?!? I asked for sparking and the man brought out the cutest little ice cold glass bottle of San Pellegrino. What a nice way to feel welcomed. I tried on the HOKA brand shoes I came in to look at and found one that could work. I had done some research prior to my visit so I felt the girl was above average knowledgeable but the questions she did not know she asked someone else. I would come here again if in the area. Check hours of operation. Return policy is better if purchasing online versus in store, salespeople are not on commission.

Happy Holidays from a giant Ugg ornament!

Today, I was finally able to visit Deckers Brand Showcase and boy am I happy I did! Deckers is an amazing local company that does a lot of good for our community. And, during the holiday season, they have this amazing campaign (12 days of Christmas) that supports 12 local nonprofit organizations. They generously donate 40% of daily total sales to the daily featured nonprofit, it's AMAZING! So, today, in support of the Mental Wellness Center, an incredible mental health nonprofit in Santa Barbara, I stopped in to shop. They have EVERYTHING you could ever imagine, and if you're into Uggs, this is an Ugg oasis! They have all the new styles and some exclusive that I have never seen. They carry all the Deckers brands here and have a HUGE selection. I will definitely be back!

I decided to wait nearby for a few minutes before looking for another employee, and during that time I noticed she began yelling at another employee. She rolled her eyes, did not acknowledge me, and reluctantly proceeded to grab the item from the back. At that point, I decided not to purchase the item, which was valued at over $700, because of the poor customer service experience. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. Customers and employees should be treated with professionalism and respect. I would rather drive to a different Target location and spend my money elsewhere than return to this store. Very disappointed with the customer service at this location.

This shop is truly for every body and every budget, which honestly feels refreshing. You'll find a thoughtful mix of vintage and secondhand pieces, locally made ceramics, jewelry, and other treasures that make it very hard to leave empty-handed (I tried, I failed). And yes, they've got great stuff for men too. Andi, the owner, has curated a space that feels intentional and community-rooted and does an amazing job working closely with local artists and giving them a platform. You can really feel that care throughout the shop, especially if you've ever stopped by during the Old Town Goleta Community Walk. Alyssa is also an absolute gem. Warm, helpful, and happy to let you browse without hovering. The vibe is relaxed, friendly, and very "take your time, you belong here." Logistics matter, so let's talk parking. There's a free city lot on the corner of Hollister Ave and Pine Ave, plus street parking if you're feeling lucky. No excuses. Deckers Brands owns the brands UGG, Teva, and Hoka…read more For many years, I have purchased UGG boots, and they are my all-time favorite boots for keeping my feet warm and comfortable in the cold winter. I have tried other brands of shearling boots, and none of them are as great. Furthermore, my husband and I have purchased at least a few pairs of HOKA sneakers. They can be expensive, but I often find styles that I like on sale or clearance for lower prices. The HOKA sneakers always fit my feet well and feel comfortable. They have a thicker outsole that is not flat, so it seems to provide more cushioning and support.

I originally purchased a pair of Hoka shoes, and within a few months, the sole started separating from the bottom. I contacted their warranty department three separate times, each time including photos and proof of purchase...and received no response. After two months, I finally heard back. I was instructed to send the shoes in for a replacement, which I did at my own time and expense. Instead of receiving a new pair, I was sent someone else's used, dirty shoes. I contacted customer support again. They apologized and issued store credit so I could reorder. I placed a new order on January 20, 2026. Although the shoes were initially backordered, I was told they would ship by February 3 at the latest. It's now been over a month since the item came back in stock, and my order has still not shipped. I've followed up multiple times. Most recently, I was told my order would be canceled and my store credit refunded within 7 days. That deadline has now passed with no update. At every stage, I've had to chase down responses, repeat information, and deal with broken promises. What should have been a simple warranty claim turned into five months of frustration. I used to hold Hoka in high regard. Based on this experience, I can't recommend them...especially when it comes to customer support and integrity.
