This is our go to dog boutique! We used to go to the La Jolla location but this one is closer. They carry the brand of kibble my dog eats that is only sold at independent retailers. Even tho the shop may be on the smaller side, it's decked out, (haha tried to make a pun with the store name) with a bunch of cute, durable toys and great assortment of treats and essentials for all their needs. I can't thank this place enough. I called around a few places to see if they had a certain product to help ease my dogs stomach after he got a stomach bug. They didn't have the product ( which I found out is because the product is only available for cats right now) but instead the woman I spoke to had a bunch of recommendations for other products to try. I visited the shop where she showed me all the products we talked about as well as some goat milk which I ended up getting. The goat milk worked like a miracle and was something I had never even heard of working for dogs. If it weren't for them I would've been so lost. I can't say enough great things about this little pet shop, from the staff, customer service, and their offerings. They are our local go to, and absolute life savers. At the end of December my very active pup was bit by another dog at dog park and required stitches, so it was two weeks worth of being cooped up inside with my house antelope on crack cocaine. I would not have made it out with my sanity without the Deckers team. We would come in almost daily (sometimes multiple times a day) looking for new enrichment, toys, treats, long leads to help with controlled running and random care products and they always had what I was looking for. Every time we come in, she's showered in love and treats, but she definitely got some extra loving during that time and would send us home with some extra treats on occasion. She always gets so excited when we pull up, and runs right to the cash register to sit pretty for her treats and pets from who ever is working :) Thank you for treating Freya and I like part of your family. read more
