I just had my appointment with her last week and I could not be happier!! We talked about my hair hopes and goals and she was very thorough examining my hair and being clear about what was realistic at this stage to keep it as healthy as possible moving forward (since I have quite a bit of damage to my ends from previous coloring). After my appointment she recommended products to help strengthen my hair before our next appointment to get me closer to my goals and I can definitely say my hair has felt the best that it has since moving here by using what she recommended. Where do I even begin? Basically Allison saves my hair at deep roots in cedar park! I went in with brown and blonde (some blues) polka dot and stripes everywhere hair. I was so sad. I had such healthy hair and new that my hair was doomed to be fried and would take forever and cost an arm and a leg to correct. I had such healthy hair before. Allison offered to fix it. She first had me come in for a consultation. She told me the plan and when it came to discussing how much I felt stuck because I couldn't afford it. She then offered to do a two step process. She is a genius because let me tell you, just after the first session I LOVED my hair. She knows what she is doing. The entire time she treated my hair as her personal master piece...she really cares and treated my hair like it was her own. Then I came in again today and WOW! Magic. Kristin at the Cedar Park location is SO extremely sweet and amazing! She is soooo talented! I came into the salon wanting something new and my options were limited since I had already dyed my hair once & did a color correction already. I was feeling lost with no hope to have gorgeous hair before the holidays. And she definitely did her magic and did wonders on my hair. She consulted with me for 20-25 minutes discussing the overall plan and options I can go with for the damage that another stylist from a different salon made. Katherine is my go to girl at Deep Roots. This salon is amazing and has such a cool aesthetic that instantly makes me feel relaxed and at home when I walk in. Katherine has been wonderful with helping me take care of my hair and always recommends the best products. I've had 5 different hair colors in the past year: platinum blonde to purple to blue to pink to my natural brown, and through this hair journey Katherine has consistently kept my hair healthy despite all the bleaching and damage. Kass was so attentive to what my hair goals were, and took a lot of time devising a plan to color correct, and get my hair to where I wanted which was a light pink, rose gold, balayage. I recently had my hair done by Mahshid at Deep Roots Salon in Cedar Park and she and the salon are both AMAZING!! My hair is very long, thick, and super wavy so not the easiest head of hair to deal with and Mahshid did a beautiful balayage technique like a pro! She took me from very dark hair to perfectly placed bands of chestnut and caramel strands blended meticulously throughout my hair. I went to deep roots for the first time a couple of weeks ago for a balayage. I had Lauren Davis (@lo_davishair) working on my hair and let me tell you, she completely exceeded my expectations! I wanted to go lighter but had horror hair stories in the past so I wanted to be sure to look natural as possible. I have pretty dark complected skin and features so I wanted my tones to be more golden. Lauren listened to me and was able to achieve just what I was looking for and more. From the time I walk into the parking lot I'm already anticipating an atmosphere I truly enjoy being in. Valarie is seriously a gem!! When I first came in and showed her my inspo pictures she totally understood what I was looking for and was able to bring my dream to life!! Not only do I have the color of my dreams but my hair feels so healthy, but its also the most low maintenance color I've ever had. I'm used to getting frequent highlights and have been letting my hair recover after years of extensions and bleach.
