It used to be that rolling up for a free tire check meant getting an honest look. A quick check of your PSI, a search for a nail or a slow leak, and they'd help you out any way they could no pressure until you actually needed new tires. Not anymore. Now, they've armed the teenagers working the tire check with digital scanners, and those things are being used as sales boosting weapons. Here is the reality I noticed today The operator can easily manipulate how those digital scanners read your tread depth just to help the store hit their sales numbers this is no surprise to me. I went to a location I don't normally frequent and that's probably where I made a mistake because my home location is all youth that live in my neighborhood and would never try to hustle me like this location tried to. If you know your tire is light on air or the light came on only because of a sudden weather change and your tires just need a quick top off, be highly cautious. Don't let a free air check turn into an expensive, manufactured sales pitch for four new tires you don't even need yet.

I had to get a starter cuz my car shut off IN THE PARKING LOT. My friend and I had to push it over there as it wouldn't take jump. First we went to Costco and bought a new battery $150 hoping that was it. It still wouldn't start!!!!! But FStone tested it, diagnostic for $30 and it showed the starter. They had one delivered and installed it, all within around 90 minutes and $650 later, I was on my way. It's worked great and starts everytime now. I hope I don't have to come back LoL . With only about 10 miles left until empty, I was one inconvenience away from completely crashing out. So I drove over to Firestone hoping they might take pity on a damsel in distress. The gentleman at the front desk patiently listened to my problem and immediately said he'd ask one of the technicians if they could help. One of the guys came outside, got my gas cap open, fixed the issue in less than five minutes, and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me a dime, and they never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They could have easily told me they were too busy, but instead they took a few minutes out of their day to help someone they had nothing to gain from. It's easy to leave reviews when you pay for a service, but I think it's even more important to recognize businesses that help people simply because it's the right thing to do. Thank you to everyone at Firestone for saving me from what felt like the end of a very bad day. I truly appreciate your kindness and willingness to help.

I said if I am going to pull the pan again, I'm going to get a PPE pan first. The truck didn't move. You told me flat out you wanted to pull the pan and didn't check the level. You never mentioned not having the fluid in stock anyway. I have already taken the truck to the dealer and they said the fluid looked fine. It was actually a bit high still... the said you guys overfilled the trans and that is why it puked the fluid. The root cause ended up being the tune, which isn't something you guys had anything to do with. At the end of the day your version of events is not accurate.

I showed up and had to park in the convenience store parking lot next door, because it looked like a pretty tight lot. They said that was no problem. I sat and looked at my phnoe for a little bit until the battery almost died (it was alrfeady low when I got there). They had charging cords on the coffee table with adapters for every phone. I plugged my phone in and sat it on the table and got comfortable for a longer wait, but moments later, true to the 1.5 hour estimate, they said my truck was ready. They advised me of some sort of leak on the front axle, but told me to check with the dealership because it might be under warranty. I appreciate that. I'll definitely be back for future service.
