There I was in my work clothes (that are meant for cold office AC), standing outside in 110-degree Arizona heat, absolutely sweating balls while trying every trick I could think of to get it open. With only about 10 miles left until empty, I was one inconvenience away from completely crashing out. So I drove over to Firestone hoping they might take pity on a damsel in distress. The gentleman at the front desk patiently listened to my problem and immediately said he'd ask one of the technicians if they could help. One of the guys came outside, got my gas cap open, fixed the issue in less than five minutes, and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me a dime, and they never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They could have easily told me they were too busy, but instead they took a few minutes out of their day to help someone they had nothing to gain from. It's easy to leave reviews when you pay for a service, but I think it's even more important to recognize businesses that help people simply because it's the right thing to do. Thank you to everyone at Firestone for saving me from what felt like the end of a very bad day. I truly appreciate your kindness and willingness to help.

First we went to Costco and bought a new battery $150 hoping that was it. It still wouldn't start!!!!! But FStone tested it, diagnostic for $30 and it showed the starter. They had one delivered and installed it, all within around 90 minutes and $650 later, I was on my way. It's worked great and starts everytime now. I hope I don't have to come back LoL . They were very friendly, very knowledgeable, performed the requested air-conditioning system repair while I waited and did a great job. I added an oil and filter change request and they sourced the special filter and got that done as well. Their pricing is very reasonable. I could not be happier with everything and plan to have all the servicing for my Valley-based vehicles done here from now on. They are now working on my 1991 Corolla as well.

I plugged my phone in and sat it on the table and got comfortable for a longer wait, but moments later, true to the 1.5 hour estimate, they said my truck was ready. They advised me of some sort of leak on the front axle, but told me to check with the dealership because it might be under warranty. I appreciate that. I'll definitely be back for future service.
