When i returned to Gig Harbor I brought the broken bag and a screen shot of my bank statement with the charge for the bag and the store would not refund my money. It was only $21.75 but they could do nothing because "We don't have a machine that can refund to the customer". AND they said I'd need a receipt which who keeps a $20 item receipt they use days after purchase? They offered no alternative for refund, not even to take my info for the manager to handle when back from vacation. There hands were tied but I I have to say i don't think I'll be going back to this store until something changes.
