They fit him for Dentures. After 5 months,the dentist said they lost the dentures and had to start over. The Dentist refunded his portion,but still charged the insurance company. He went 6 months without dentures. The dentures were ill fitting. He had to file of burrs himself. Finally he went to a new dentist. The original dentures were so bad they had to make new dentures. It took less than two weeks. Very unprofessional. They don't answer phones and forget appointments made previously. Please find another dentist Go to a professional dentist and save yourself misery!

I waited maybe 3 minutes, Dr Perez, came into the room, with Maria, her assistant. Dr. Perez absolutely knows her craft, as she is sweet to a fault. Maria, also was very kind to me, and they both together make a terrific team. I told them over and over, what a wonderful experience, that I encountered on today. Dr. Rainwater, Dr Robinson, are also dent that I encountered as well. The quality of Twinsburg Dental, has never disappointed me. Not knowing else, I had them all treated here. 4 of the fillings fell out just by flossing teeth normally. I ended up going to a new dentist. Essentially all of the fillings were not prepared correctly, some had cavities under them already after only months. The crown needs redone already. Cost a fortune to fix and now im left with sensitive teeth and messed up tooth gaps. If you ever just want dentures and to have your teeth ripped out go here, otherwise I'd recommend elsewhere.

I currently have my dental work done by Dr. Ling, she is very gentle & have a great bed side manner. I can't say enough about this staff. I gave it a 4 star rating for a recent horrible experience I had with one of the dental assistant,,,she was rough with me, hurt my mouth, pinched my lip, gagged me with water when I had a casting in my mouth for a crown. She left the casting in my mouth a little too long, where she was forcefully prying my stuck mouth open. Once she had the temporary crown made,,,she tried to put it in my mouth & the crown kept falling out. She had to start all over again. Second time with the casting in my mouth, she was manipulating my jaw to get my bite correct for the mold,,,,she was NOT gentle at all,,,she hurt me again....after the second time, I got up out of the chair & told her, she doesn't have to be so rough & told her I had enough & walked out of the dental room to the receptionist area. I was so shaken up about the situation I just wanted to go home. Dr. Ling came out & helped to calm me down. Dr. Ling complete the work in my mouth so I could finally leave. I have to return on Nov 13, 2023, I have to get my permanent crown complete........ I am feeling uneasy about it. I have to make a hard decision if I want to continue to go here due to one bad apple.

I have had dental issues before and so, when she was suggesting a procedure to reveal more tooth, cutting away gum tissue, so casually, I knew this was really an oral surgery procedure, and she was NOT an oral surgeon. While she might have been able to do this, it would have been not at all in MY best interests in light of prior dental traumas and discomfort. She was told this and said she could give me a valium. A very imo, stupid suggestion in that while I am a young senior, I am at this time using a walker and anything that would potentially make me unsteady could lead to a fall and injury would be ill advised. It became to me very apparent that she was not the type of caring professional I anticipated and was too anxious to do a procedure that would not be in MY best interests though would bring in some income for the business she was part of. I did have a follow up visit because the night of the first visit, the tooth basically disintegrated when I bit on something, and I went back to see if the treatment plan was still feasible even though I would not have her do the initial care, which I had indicated would be likely since I knew an oral surgeon. While she still thought it was doable, I had happened prior to have a visit scheduled with my retiring dds of many years. And when she saw the tooth remains, in its current condition, she was shocked, and concluded as I had, that long term the tooth was not going to survive and what was left needed to be removed and potentially replaced. To think that I went out of my way at great expense (for transportation) for this "care". The other DDS in the practice gets good reviews. For routine care perhaps they are fine. But I will not be back. Even if I lived down the block, I would hesitate. This particular DDS only enhanced my general distrust of dentists.

I have had decades of jaw issues, TWO previous TMJ surgeries and was sure I was on my way to my third. My trusted general dentist reported many patients have success with him so I thought i would give him a try before going back under the knife. Enter Dr. Moodt. A very specific appliance, some specific TMJ therapy, and 9 months later and I am nearly "cured." Trigeminal nerve pain is gone. So glad I took the chance.

Dr. M knows his stuff. He is a TMJ specialist for a reason; I've even heard him referred to as the TMJ guru. The man has done this stuff for years and you're not going to get this care from someone else. Trust me. I attempted a visit with another "TMJ Specialist". I called, I asked, does he do this type of service? Oh yes, I was told. $40 co-pay, a panoramic xRay later, and I was phoning Dr. M to schedule an appointment cause this "specialist" referred me to Dr. M too... Let me set the record straight. While you will pay out of pocket, the office WILL submit to your insurance companies. So you may be reimbursed if your insurance works with that, so all is not lost. Staff: Pleasant. Office: Dated. Clean. My complaint is they have plug-in air fresheners and I'm scent-sensitive so this sets my allergies off when I visit. They did remove it upon request though. Ease of Appointment Making - Very Easy. They make the appointment, mail you information prior to you going so you're prepared re: Care Credit, paying up front, and have all your information filled out so you're not doing that in the waiting room. If you need follow-up appointments they work with you to get the best time for your schedule. Bedside Manner - Fine. I was happy. Dr. M obviously has been doing this for a while & has his routine which worked for me. He gave me the amount of time I needed. He worked with me to get my bite guard adjusted comfortably (which took some time) and told me to call if I felt it wasn't working right. His language and explanations were fine and I didn't feel like he was talking down to me, or above me. All in all, I'd recommend the man. While I get why he doesn't do the insurance thing, I wish he would. But, regardless, he has my $$$, and I hopefully soon, will have less TMJ symptoms.
