Great prices, kind staff, great massage :) I've come twice to Carol for deep tissue and I really enjoyed it. She's strong, focused, and releases all of the muscle tension that I have held in my body. I feel very comfortable with her (and it's hard to find someone who's truly skilled at deep tissue work!). The experience I would say is less "spa" like but I do believe that is how they can keep the price low. They also use a really great CBD line which I am going to use everytime I go now! My fiancé and I did the 60 Minutes Couples Massage with oil, hot stone, and back scrub add ons. Wendy & Cindy were our massage therapists! I had Cindy and this massage was dreamy. I requested deep tissue pressure and she committed! This massage from Cindy was so worth the drive to get there! Defined Massage Spa is on the second floor of a busy shopping plaza. I was still able to find parking on a busy Saturday afternoon! They have an extremely clean bathroom inside. The massage rooms were also very clean too. When getting ready to pay after the massage, the staff at the front desk let me know of their Buy 5 Get 1 Free Deal & that I could use that deal for the two massages I just had (couples). The deal was quality & the massages were amazing- so I committed to 4 more massages. The deal was worth it because I can use the massages on myself, someone else, or for a couples massage. We had a very pleasant couples massage here today. It was a last-minute booking, and I was so thankful they had availability within an hour - major bonus points! The spa itself is clean and modern, which made me feel comfortable right away. The lounge area has this really nice moving ambient lighting that instantly sets a relaxing mood. The massage was good overall. I had selected medium pressure beforehand, though at times it felt a bit lighter than expected. When I mentioned it, the therapist adjusted right away and increased the pressure, which was nice. We also enjoyed all the thoughtful extras - the hot stones, warm towels, oils, and scrub. I especially liked the warm sandbag placed under my neck, which was such a soothing touch. Finishing with a cup of hot fruity tea afterward was the perfect ending. Overall, it was a calm, relaxing experience, and we'd definitely consider coming back. read more

Located on the east side of Anaheim so it's not very centered where everything is around it's more towards Anaheim Hills. Do you have plenty of parking in the plaza the neighborhood and Plaza are quiet. The entire session was quiet, so I really appreciate the peacefulness and I was able to relax throughout the session. They also have herbal drink or tea to before and after your session. Their pressure is on point and you were given some questionnaire before your session to state which part of your body today that you want them to focus on although you're still getting the full body massage too. read more

Our masseuse occasionally checked in on us regarding pressure and verifying at the beginning what i was looking for more focus on. The interior is clean with a slight cozy vibe. Overall, service from the moment we walked in, the massage, to the moment we walked out was well enjoyed. One advice to first timers id give is to make sure to arrive at least 10 min early if going with a guest to have time to fill out the intake forms on their ipad before the session (only one available for use i believe). Absolutely beautiful location and well equipped with everything you could want! My husband and I did the 90 deep tissue massage with Joe and Lily. I suffer from chronic pain and every time I go to Joe I feel like I can walk with less pain, my migraines go away, and overall I feel so much better. They always check in to make sure we're doing okay and are just the sweetest human being ever. If you suffer from any kind of inflammation I really recommend trying the CBD ointment add on they have available because it really relaxes you and helps stave off pain for longer. I would go back every week if I could XD If you need regular treatments for chronic pain they have a really nice package where if you buy 5 you get one massage free which is very convenient. They have different packages for whether you want the 60 minute sessions or 90 minute ones which is really cool since it means you can tailor it to your needs. But, I called and confirmed twice over the phone and twice in person before the massage if they were able to charge FSA/HSA. They said yes every time, but when I tried to pay for it (with the same lady I spoke to four times) said they couldn't accept it and I had to end up paying out of pocket for services I have coverage for.
