I've frequented this nail salon a couple times over the past few years. I don't get my nails done often (usually once or twice per year) but I love that I feel welcomed and comfortable every time I visit here, and always leave with beautiful nails that last a long time. It's easy for me to book an appointment within a day or two at the earliest and I'm helped very promptly upon arrival. It's always a relaxing experience and sometimes, I have fallen asleep during my pedicures and full set acrylics. My nails and my feet feel great every time I leave, my calluses scrubbed down and cuticles cleaned up. I feel like their prices are reasonable too, for the work I get done. The staff is nice and I feel like I am receiving their undivided attention when they're working on my nails. I like to think that I'm not a difficult customer either, so sometimes we'll even play around or reset a nail (i.e. just to see if it looks better with a thicker coat or a certain design, etc.). The technician is honest and does not do what they think is best or pretends that they can do a design they are not skilled in or confident it will turn out nicely. They'll provide their professional opinion but I am always asked my opinion, even during the process, to ensure I like the end result for each nail and design and that we are on the same page of what I want. I appreciate the communication because some nail salons do not do that and only care about getting the customer's money, but I can tell that the technicians here enjoy improving their nail skills/techniques to provide results that would satisfy their customers. Of course, I will be a returning customer and I would recommend trying out Luxury Nails & Spa if you haven't yet.

I would love to give the negative stars so that I don't give away the secret of such a great place. But they earned five stars for sure. I am super particular about my nails and getting the cuticles cleaned up well and having the nail polish go all the way down to the cuticle line. This is not easy to find oddly. Annie did an amazing job, and I don't feel like I was rushed in and out of there. They were very busy, and even with an appointment, which I had made with Jason, he couldn't get to me, and they were back to back with people. But it's because they do such a great job. Plus they are cheap. $30 for a gel manicure is a steal these days. I will be back.

Amazing staff and even better work!! I went with a coworker of mine for full sets. Even though they were very busy they still did an amazing job. Took my husband here and he enjoyed his pedicure with Leena ! The place itself is so clean and well organized. I came here again hoping to get Leena to do my pedicure. She was there and did a really good job with my pedicure! She took her time and massage was nice. The massage chairs were nice and clean, and worked well. I was a walk-in ( traveling through Sacramento for work). The lady and gentlemen that operate this nail salon are very courteous and accommodated me in between their appointments for a fill. The salon is very clean and kept up. My nails looked better than what I get at the salon I go to at home. The next time I'm in Sacramento, I'll try to time it so that my nails need to be done when I'm here. If any of you reading this review are looking for a new nail person. I highly recommend you giving this salon a try. You won't be disappointed! read more

I have recently discovered this place and I'm so glad I did! the people here are so kind and are great at what they do! I've gotten gel manicures both times and they have been the best manicures I have ever gotten! she took so much time/care making my nails the perfect shape and the polish is always so neat and tidy. I don't like when people are dishonest. I called and asked the guy there if he had any availability Now..could someone fix my nail? And he says yes. I told him it would take me 5 minutes to get there..he said come on in. I get there and he tells me I have to Wait. That was the purpose in me calling and asking I didn't have time to wait!!!! This is such a great place! Due to a prior bad experience at another nail shop, I normally only go to my regular shop but needed to get my nails done last minute. I ended up choosing here and I don't regret it! The employees were very kind and offered snacks and beverages. My nail technician was also super sweet and detail oriented. Have been a returning client for months now; Jason and Jenny are both extremely welcoming and accommodating! I love the services that their shop provides-- with the skill and proper sanitation level to match! I am VERY particular with how I like my nails. And bless Jason, he always delivers! Love love love this nails & spa! On a whim, I went and bought this groupon yesterday (super good deal btw, $35 for gel mani and spa pedi, but tbh I think as long as the deal is going on they honor that price so I think not having groupon take a cut might be a good thing) and messaged them to ask what time I should walk in if i go tmrw. I wanna start by saying that I'm super sketch out about groupon deals sometimes. I feel like some shops only provide u half axx Groupon level service unless u are a full price customer. But it's absolutely NOT like that there! I definitely got a 5 star service and spent quite some time there to get evrything done. I felt super relaxed there and they were very friendly. All of their facilities and tools are super clean as well. As for the nails quality, they did an amazing job! I first had to take my old gel off but they did that well. They then meticulously did some trimming and stuff to my nails and even though I only got a single color, they came out perfectly. I liked the mini massage at the end, it felt so good. Even without the groupon price, I think their service pricing is competitive/affordable. at this place, I think the quality is also guaranteed because it's only Jenny & her hubby running it at this time. I think I definitely wanna come back and do ombré or some other designs? Will upload more pictures once I do. Anyway, I highly recommend dis place :) read more

This is now my third time coming here, it is absolutely my favorite nail salon. The nails have lasted me over a month. They are super kind and attentive which is amazing because a lot of the nail places just seem to try to rush through. I have gotten 2 new acrylic sets and I just did my first fill. Kept cutting me with the nail drill, didn't keep my nails under UV long enough so my polish kept smearing and going all over my hands, and demanded a tip and to pay right away before i was able to show my wife how they looked. Left without tip. The nails chipped so easily too and ripped my whole pinky nail off. Rude, unprofessional and nails don't last not even a week. Go elsewhere read more

Wow! Just wow! I came here with the worst set of nails from another place! I wish I could have taken a before and after! Anyways, Jason hooked it up! And made my nails BEAUTIFULLY AND JUST THE WAY I WANTED! Takes his time.. none of that fast, get the next person at my chair. He really spent time on perfection. My new nail place! the guy that did my full set hurt me taking off my nails and made one of them bleed, while filing my nails he hit my skin under nail and it started bleeding, he bumped my knee under table a few times mind you this was my first going. will not be back. read more

This is for the owner and the manager stop misusing clients card and charge them without there consent , I understand the membership money being pulled every month but if that is signed up you cannot just blindly use clients card and make money of your business , just because they were not able to answer a call for that day ,, , that's fraud !! Without giving any service !! I would like to speak with the owner as I myself run my own salon and never would I charge a clients card without informing them or misusing the trust we placed the card in your system !! I've been going to April for a while now and I must say....she's just gotten better and better!…read more April is still a super sweet individual who is able to make you feel better no matter how your day...or even week is going. She has done wonders for the hair growth on my legs! I came to her with hair growth so messed up (from a not so great wax from another individual) that it was a wonder how she was able to wax my legs in the first place. There were short, but wax able hair, medium hair and oh my long kinda hair. After the first two sessions she was able to help the hair growth so that my hairs grow around the same time. Her technique has been so amazing that you really don't feel the hairs being pulled out. She's also done wonders on my ingrown hairs. True, I'll still get them every now and then, but April has been wonderful about helping with those too! She's also the only I can trust with my brazillians! I've been to a lot of different people and after about two years searching I found April and not willing to let her go (I truly hope I don't sound like some crazed stalking fan girl, but she's that good!)! She's helped me with all the ingrown and hair growth problems there too (yeah, a bit TMI, but meh....my hair just doesn't like me some times....probably from all the torment I've put it through). If you've ever wanted to try waxing or even getting a facial, I highly recommend going to April. She's a sweet and knowledable person. She's one who'll talk with you so it gets your mind off the process that's happening with a wax. She's also really good with hard wax! Highly recommend that to those still having the strips being ripped from you. She's helped me with some of my acne problems and again isn't one to push products and is willing to let you sample some of her higher end stuff. If you can't afford that she'll think of some of the over the counter products that you can get at a local Walmart or Target. She's also one that works with anyone's budget. Look through her services and ask her about anything you're not sure about. It's easy to book with her too!

To start, the first thing she shared about her day was the tips were really good today and she hopes it continues. Which already made me feel off. The wax was really hot, she constantly broke sticks when applying (I mean the entire time) and I didn't realize until a few days after, she didn't wax everything. There were little small areas left. Super disappointed. No longer coming to this location. It's not worth it.

I scheduled a visit a few days in advance for three people and four services and paid an $80 deposit ($20 per service) via Venmo. One person canceled that morning, but I was able to switch to a different service for myself that same day vs. losing my deposit. The two pedicures were fine. They were basic pedicures, and aside from the water initially being extremely hot, I was happy with the results. Because of the deposit, there was also no wait time. The head spa, however, was a completely different experience. This was my first head spa, so I was excited and expected it to be relaxing. Unfortunately, it was anything but. The massage was brief, and despite the menu stating that oils would be used, none were applied. During the double cleanse, the technician used her fingernails rather than her fingertips, which became painful. There was also an excessive amount of cleanser, and rinsing it out was difficult. The water temperature was extremely inconsistent--going from hot to ice cold--and water got into my ear. Instead of feeling relaxed, I was uncomfortable throughout the service. Afterward, my hair was not completely dry. When I asked for serum, I was told it had already been applied, and I had to explain that I wanted my hair fully dried and soft. Another staff member eventually finished drying it, and the end result was much better. The two services totaled $138, or $158 with a 15% tip. I shared all of this feedback with the front desk before leaving. They were receptive and said they would provide additional training. I was also told that the technician was new to the salon and has some communication issues. I appreciate that they listened to my concerns, but based on my head-spa experience, I would not return for that service. *********************************************************** FINAL THOUGHTS Making a reservation requires a deposit, but it does give you priority if there's a wait. PRO TIP: I visited on a Saturday around noon, and it wasn't busy at all. If you're coming in solo, you can probably skip the reservation and deposit. I've had two pedicures here, and the service was totally fine. No issues at all. I also clearly saw the technicians using Barbicide to disinfect their metal tools, although I didn't pay attention to where they pulled the drill bits from. Overall, the salon is CLEAN, which I really appreciate. Personally, I wouldn't get a head spa treatment here again. I was told they're having plumbing issues because the building is old and that their plumber hasn't been able to resolve the problem. However, based on my experience, I feel some of the issues were related to the technician and not just the plumbing. That said, I'd love to hear from others who have had a head spa here. How was your experience with the water temperature? Did you have a better experience with a different technician? I'd genuinely be curious to know!

Best nail salon I've ever been to! They provide great personalized customer service and are very gentle when they work.
