It has a surprising kick to it which I enjoyed very much. I could taste the chile relleno too, so nothing overpowered anything else. Both of these are a must try, make a trip and try these two burritos. 4 Star - the salsa was unique and had a nice smoky flavor. It is spicy, which was great. 3 Star - The Chicharron was just not our favorite. There was no balance like the other burros. The braised pork skin was so soft, but there wasn't enough meet to help it. The green sauce saved this burro. It was fantastic and had a good kick. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff were very friendly and professional. It had a very family feel to it for sure.
