Seated right away, (had reservations), & everything went so smoothly. The place seems it would get busy as the night goes on, but our reservations were for as soon as they opened which works well for us. We ordered th Surf & Turf with a side of whipped potatoes. Everything was delicious & came out pretty quickly. The bread was delicious too. Honey butter melted on the inside ; delicious. The bottle of wine that was recommended was a hit. Another establishment under the Landy's brand but not worth the experience. We came here on the last day of Restaurant Week. This was our first experience here & will be our last. The prices on the regular menu really are not bad. They are inline with high end restaurants you will find on the strip & around town. We started with the Blue Cheese Lettuce Wedge, Iceberg, Cherry Tomatoes, Crisp Bacon, Danish Blue Cheese Dressing & the Wagyu Meatballs, Tomato Fondue, Shaved Manchego Cheese, Red Fresno Chile, Fresh Basil. The salad was well put together & had a great taste. The meatballs, the sauce was amazing, well seasoned however, the meatballs themselves were not good. No seasoning, tasted like rolled up ground beef with a tasteless texture, seemed overworked in the rolling process & had that taste of mushy well done burger. If not for the sauce, they would have been sent back. Next course was Broiled Swordfish & the 8oz Filet Mignon. The swordfish was cooked to perfection, well seasoned with a nice taste & the Mediterranean Spiced, Roasted Eggplant & Caper Caponata was a nice added touch. The Filet Mignon was overcooked, I asked for Medium more towards the rare side & it came Medium Well. There was no seasoning on the steak, it was charred on the outside with a little red, but was well done completely around the edges. I asked for Sea Salt which helped with flavor, but again like the meatballs, I would not order this again. We also had the Creamed Corn & Roasted Asparagus. Both were tasty & the Asparagus had a good flavor & seasoning. We finished with the Strawberry Hibiscus Cheesecake & the Chocolate Mousse. Both of these were really good & aside from the bread & swordfish, the desserts were the best part of the meal. Our server was nice & did her job well, but that was it. I'm not sure if that's her but based on the lack of communication with all servers, it really seemed to be the culture of fear in the employees. So let's talk about the Ambiance and culture of this place. I'm a Disabled Veteran & Retired Military. I wear a hat that says Retired Military. Part of it is the Pride in serving my country & the other part is it helps shield the sun so I can see. We walked in the door & were told we would be seated shortly. I asked where the restroom was located & we were led to the restroom location. Along the way I was instructed that I needed to remove my hat prior to entering the restaurant area to be seated. Proper etiquette is to always remove your hat of any kind at the table & to never put your hat on a table, so this was something I did NOT need to be told but the hostess felt it necessary. Upon returning to the hostess stand we were led to our table. Again, childish instructions of to "please refrain from being on your cell phone at the table, that you should enjoy conversation with the person you are eating with." REALLY???? We were in a booth just across from the bar where there was a piano player & when not playing, just music which was so loud, if you didn't yell at the person you were eating with, texting them was the only way to enjoy a conversation. We did not text, we instead yelled at each other competing with the music & other guests yelling at their dinner partners. For an establishment that tries to pride themselves as a snobbish, high class environment, the music was not soft or classical dinner music no matter what was playing so the ambiance was like you were in a club with mediocre food. Other than our server & the young men refilling water & removing plates, no one from management was visible or came around to the table. This was a very sad & disappointing experience because even though it's listed with $$$$, the prices on the main menu are not bad at all. The price point is such that if we had a more enjoyable experience with being able to have conversation with good food, not only would I return from time to time but would also bring guests, but based on this experience, for the price point there are places in town with a nicer atmosphere, friendlier staff, good food, same price point or higher, & you are not attacked about petty proper etiquette when you walk in the door. I don't need to be told to take my hat off or to not use my phone at the table. Being an avid Yelp reviewer, my phone is used to take pictures of the experience & then put aside to enjoy my meal & have conversation if the food was properly prepared. We use Restaurant Week to find places we have not been to before to try so we can add to our list of enjoyable places to frequent. I was excited to try this place as my wife & I crossed paths with the Regional Manager a few years back, we talked to her from time to time, but never got the chance to try this place before my wife lost her battle with cancer. I enjoyed my filet mignon and the nice, intimate ambiance. I added butter to it and it added a bit more flavor. It was also very tender and a tad charred which was good. The lighting was perfectly dimmed, making it a quiet and relaxing dinner. We arrived right at opening time on a Saturday, and only a few tables were occupied, which added to the calm atmosphere. The staff checked on us frequently, and overall the service was attentive. I would definitely come back. The restaurant itself is very large, and there's ample parking, which is a plus. This is the meaning of Las Vegas fine dining. This was my first time here and I was with a group of 9. We made a reservation in advance, as we were celebrating a birthday. Once we arrived and checked, we were seated immediately. Upon entering, you're greeting with live lounge music. There was a person playing the piano and singing a collection of cover songs. The staff was very professional, and checked up on our table quite frequently. We ended up ordering the Seared Chilean Sea Bass, Prime Ribeye, Grilled Asparagus, and Mashed Potatoes. We celebrated New Year's Eve and arrived at 5 PM. I enjoy that they have valet parking right out front. Del Frisco's is one of those places that I wonder why I don't go to more often. Located right off the strip this is a high-quality five star restaurant. It has an amazing ambience of an old school steakhouse, and the service is absolutely fabulous. Been wanting to try out Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse since moving to Vegas and it definitely did not disappoint. The ambiance in the restaurant is a classy steakhouse vibe. My friend and I went on Labor Day so it was pretty empty in there, but that made the service from our bartender all more attentive and personal which was very nice. The crab cake was delicious! No fillers what so ever, just lots of crab meat. Pair that with the bread service and wow, it was like eating a crab roll. Delicious! My friend and I also shared a Prime Ribeye and wow, cooked and seasoned perfectly! The asparagus and side of Potatoes au gratin were also incredible. The nicest touch out of all of this was our bartender/server surprised us with two birthday desserts which were delicious and made us feel special as we celebrated our September birthdays. I love Restaurant Week in our city as it provides an opportunity to explore and try out new places. The menus are at a fixed price per person and usually three to four courses are provided. The best part is a portion of the proceeds from all restaurants participating goes to Three Square which helps feed disadvantaged and hungry people in our community. Our particular choice is a platinum participant which means for each meal sold, $6.00 goes to Three Square. Entering, this classic steakhouse was dark and calming. We were greeted by the hostess and taken back to a large room with many tables. We had a corner table which was perfect. Initially, we were the only people dining so that was nice. Menus were provided but we already knew we were going with the Restaurant Week menu. We found out as we ordered that the menu did provide for upgrades. Our server Roe was simply the best. We loved the way she introduced herself and her assistant to us. "Roe like the boat and Kylie like the Karsdashian." Both Kylie and Roe were very personable, funny and helpful. Roe talked up their hand crafted cocktails and we both selected the VIP. This concoction consisted of New Amsterdam Orange Vodka and Golden Pineapple. It was a very tasty and refreshing drink although not much vodka. Next we went with our appetizers which we chose the Lobster Bisque and the Colossal Lumped Crab Cocktail (upgrade). The Lobster Bisque was unbelievably savory and delicious. I loved the spicy kick as it trickled down my throat. The Colossal Lumped Crab Cocktail was alright but nothing special. Onto the entrees which Roe was kind enough to bring us hot plates so we could share. We ordered the Filet Mignon and the Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna. Both entrees were very good but I really loved the Ahi Tuna more. The steak was a little too rare for me, but my husband loved it. The fresh green beans side were simply the best. The eloté styled cream corn with shishito peppers was fantastic! The hand mashed potatoes was my least liked side. They tasted old and dry. Our dinner ended with Salted Caramel Chocolate Mousse and the most scrumptious Butter Cake ever. It put the chocolate mousse to shame. Delicious cake served with butter pecan ice cream, fresh whipped cream and caramel sauce. Absolutely a divine creation that we could not get enough of. As a loyal Landrys Select Club member, I've been to DF a few times to utilize my Landrys perks. The bar is pretty nice, though the Happy Hour is no more! I had the burger special, the 8 oz Dry-Aged burger, with Red Wine Caramelized Onions and Gouda Cheese. Very good and tasty. There is a Bar Menu with food only. Some standouts are Wagyu beef sliders, Lobster mac 'n cheese and thick cut bacon bites. The cocktails are ok, I wasn't that impressed with the one I had, I believe Blood Orange Spritz is the name of it. The wine is probably a better choice. It is also located on a street that is not on the bustling Las Vegas Strip, so we thought our chances of reserving a table might be a bit better. We were able to make reservations for 7:30 pm. We arrived early and enjoyed a cocktail at the bar until our table was ready. We eventually were seated in the main dining room and had a lovely view of the lounge singer in the background. We ordered the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake as our appetizer. The crab cake had generous pieces of sweet crab and was paired with a Cajun lobster cream sauce adding a spicy kick at the end. We also enjoyed the Heirloom Tomato and Burrata. For my main course, I ordered the Filet Mignon with the Gorgonzola fondue. It was perfectly cooked to my liking. I added a Loaded Baked Potato as a side dish. After finishing our meals, my friend suggested ordering the Butter Cake for dessert. It was sooo good! Buttery cake topped with warm caramel sauce and paired with vanilla ice cream. I also decided to try the Strawberry Hibiscus Cheesecake. Fantastic! I wasn't much in a steak mood (I know, I know, at a steakhouse), so I ordered the wagyu meatballs and burrata salad for my dinner. The meatballs were like butter and just melted in my mouth. The salad was good too, and together, were the perfect meal. Others' steaks and fish looked and smelled great. Several desserts were ordered as well. I ended up drinking my dessert in the form of an after-dinner cocktail, but I did swipe a bite of the honey cake and it was very tasty. I've dined at Del Frisco's Double Eagle in a couple other cities and all were super consistent in all aspects. Unfortunately this location, in Vegas of all places, was a let down on my entire party of 6 dinner guests and they missed the mark primarily on the main course; steaks. The service was nothing short of spectacular, exactly as I've experienced in other locations throughout the US. The dress code is enforced but you know that going into it. This isn't fast food, it's a more formal dining experience but they're not asking for a 3 piece suit, just a little common sense attire. So let's get down to the nitty gritty in terms of the food here...appetizers, salads, sides, bread and dessert were all delicious. The steaks however seemed less seasoned than prior occasions, almost lacking seasoning which caught me off guard as they're normally VERY well seasoned and oozing rendered beef fat while swimming in garlic butter. This used to be a staple for me and my friends every time I was in town -- a go-to spot for great food, solid vibes, and professional service. And while the staff continues to be just that -- professional and attentive -- my most recent visit left a bad taste that had nothing to do with the food. We came in for a celebratory dinner, expecting the usual experience we've always loved. Unfortunately, the night took a turn when the General Manager approached us with an unnecessarily confrontational and disrespectful tone about a supposed dress code policy. What made it worse was the hypocrisy -- he was enforcing this policy while wearing an oversized suit and untucked shirt himself. When questioned about it, he dismissed it with, "I work in the back, so it doesn't apply to me." Having been coming to this steakhouse for over a decade, longer than the time this manager has worked there, that level of arrogance and lack of consistency is unacceptable in any establishment, let alone one that prides itself on hospitality. What should have been a memorable evening quickly became an embarrassing situation -- one that showed a complete lack of care for loyal customers and, ultimately, cost this place some major business. This place was PERFECT! As soon as we walked in there was live music. There was a lovely young lady playing the piano and singing beautifully. The host informed us that she is there Wednesday-Sun during this time of year. The singing immediately set a great vibe. We were seated and greeted by our lovely waitress Rodniece who was very knowledgeable and warm. They have complementary bread that kind of reminded me of Texas Roadhouse without the sweetness to it. I'm not sure why their filet mignon always come out best in town but I've tried store bought and other competitors- their filet mignon always place as #1 in my book. It's so fresh and well seasoned. It's cooked to perfection every time. I need to find out who their meat supplier is. You don't even need sides with this! Salmon: My friend absolutely love their salmon. Sides: Truffle fries- To absolutely die for. I can eat these all day. Mash potatoes- delicious but a lot for all the other food we got. Desserts: Any of the desserts you get, you cannot go wrong. My husband and I have been dining at Del Frisco's since 2006 and last night, May 2nd 2026 was the "WORST" experience ever!!! We even had a party of 17 back in 2008 and the service was amazing. The food was delicious and they said they would return until the server(s) dropped the ball. Our 5:00 pm reservation turned into an almost 3 hour dinner. We were greeted immediately and seated promptly. Our waiter was great in the beginning with water served, drink order taken and rolls delivered. After our food arrived nobody checked on us, not even the original waiter. We had to flag down random waitstaff to ask to get our food wrapped. He brought us boxes and a bag??? I was flabbergasted. We've never ever had to wrap our leftovers, especially because we order the Tomahawk steak and love to take the bone, how the heck was I supposed fit a long bone into a small box? Again, we had to flag down another waitstaff who apologized and took our food. I told that employee I want the bone!!! When we received our boxed leftovers the bone was missing! The employee went back to the kitchen for the bone, but I'm nervous that it might have been retrieve from the trash. As for ordering dessert it took forever, again we had to flag down random waitstaff to order and after 15-20 minutes nothing. This time I stood up to find someone to inquire about the dessert, he followed me back to our table to apologize. We told him we want it to go now but when we received it it was on a plate? What the heck??? We said we want it to go!!! My husband and I love the food here but service it also very important. This place has to be one of most elegant, sophisticated, and delightful places I have EVER ate at. The dry-aged ribeye was delicious, the surf n turf trio was cooked to perfection, and the dessert is outstanding. The butter cake is a must try after dessert. This is a great place to go to, whether its for business, a date, a special occasion, or just a classy dinner. It's pricier than some other places, but its hard to beat a well-cooked dry-aged steak. I have passed this place everyday for a couple of years now but never gave it much thought. My husband's best friend said he had been to this restaurant in a different state and wanted to try the one in Vegas. We are pleasantly surprised at the entrance with a woman playing piano and singing popular songs. It was very dark inside the restaurant which I don't like but understand the ambiance they are trying to convey. Our server was very nice and patient since we took a while to decide what to order. I was feeling like a soup and salad since I was sick. My husband ordered the ribeye and a couple of sides which I got to taste. Everything was amazing! The lobster bisque was so delicious and big portion. All the sides are pretty big portions and we took leftovers. This place is pricey but honestly worth it for the service and quality. April 3rd was our 34th wedding anniversary. We arrived in town and camped out at our hotel at Trump international. Today we had made reservations at Del Frisco Double Eagle to celebrate our 34th anniversary. Our waiter Sean was amazing. We ordered drinks, a bottle of wine and an appetizer....in the hour that followed after ordering our entrées my wife fell ill. Not the food but after two cancers and fibromyalgia life is altered. Before the entrées arrived I notified Sean to box up our meal so we could take it to go. Sean sent over his manager to make sure we were OK which we were because this was a wonderful experience. We took a LYFT back to our hotel enjoyed our wonderful meal and our anniversary and we now have a new favorite restaurant in Las Vegas because of the kindness of both Sean, his manager, Wryn and all those who cared for us while we were there.....We will spend many more anniversaries here and suggest you do the same. We had a lovely private room. Service was just ok, weirdly there was the hand towel service but they never removed the used towels during dinner. Food was good for a group dinner with the seafood tower and suck. My steak was a little overdone even though our server admonished us that if we really wanted medium rare that was a medium there. Mine did not come out med rare but as it was a business dinner I wasn't going to complain. The biggest hit is their James Bond table! Tray was the best thing here. read more

This is glory. This is old school steakhouse vibes. This is a steak worth $66. I went for restaurant week, and got a Caesar, upgraded to the ribeye with truffle fries and butter cake. The Caesar was really tasty, the steak was perfect and did not taste frozen previously and the butter cake is epic. Amazing meal. read more

Fantastic steakhouse with amazing service and top quality food. Starting with the fresh fluffy buttery bread plus my nice pour of Sandeman 20 Year Tawny Port, we were off to a great start. The tuna tataki was fresh and lightweight. The calamari was really well seasoned and fried. The meatballs were thick and saucy. The Wagyu was so tender and just melts in your mouth. My dry aged 20 oz steak was perfectly charred with nice crust on the outside and cooked to medium rare the way I ordered. The brussel sprouts with bacon was a little on the salty side. The lobster mac and cheese was so good and loaded with lobster meat. The 3 different desserts we ordered were all really good! The butter cake was my favorite. Hot on the bottom and cold ice cream on top. Definitely recommended this restaurant for all occasions. read more

In my opinion there are only a few Steakhouses in Vegas worth the price. This is definitely in my top 3! Super chic modern dining rooms,exquisite lighting and artwork, and white tablecloth dining rooms. Our server was great. Right there when we needed him but not pushy or hovering. The food was "off the chain"! Starting with the Appetizers and Bread service. We thoroughly enjoyed the Crab Cake and Dynamite Shrimp! The Fresh Bread was also spectacular, glazed in Honey Butter. We had Jumbo Scallops and the featured Wagyu Steak which were both phenomenal in taste and perfectly cooked. The wine list is unusual but attainable. Really nice vibe the second you walk in the door, with a pianist on the right playing and singing beautifully. With a nice bar near the entrance, you can grab a cocktail while you wait for your reservation and listen to live music. Bartenders are super friendly and the up cocktails are hefty. The servers were also very friendly and had a great sense of humor, checking up on us often and stopping by for a short conversation. Rib-eye medium rare was seasoned nicely and cooked perfectly, I savoured every bite. Side of potatoes was a great addition, and a good portion to share among 3-4 people. My complaints are that lobster bisque was quite watered down and could have been much thicker with a little more lobster, the carpaccio was a little tasteless, and the side of veggies was a little skimpy, broccoli was only enough to share among 2 people. read more
