As always our dining experience was amazing !!! This is our go to steak house in Vegas !! Our steaks were cooked to perfection to our liking to the temperature we want !! I'm glad that we have found this place. We tried other steakhouses here in Vegas and nothing compares to this place. We have the best service, best waiter and best seat. We were seated overlooking the strip. It was a romantic setting, lights were dim but not too dim that we can't see our food. Plenty of parking and I just found out they validate valet parking.

Overall, I was a bit disappointed with my last meal here with relatives. A complimentary Bread Basket containing Lavosh and other bread products, along with a meaty Shrimp Cocktail that I expanded to 8 shrimps, was a nice start. A large crock of French Onion Soup was perfectly prepared as usual, even though it was too much to finish and still have room for the rest of my dinner (Ordering a bowl instead of a cup of soup is on me!). And a Wedge Salad was well made and tasty, too. A side of Gluten-free Au gratin Potatoes was a highlight for me. And others at my table enjoyed Sam's Mashed Potatoes. A side of Roasted Wild Mushrooms enhanced two steaks, and Diane very much liked her Pan-Seared Sea Bass. But I found my entree of Seared Tenderloin with two Butter-Poached Lobster Tails to be wanting. The steak was barely medium rare, as ordered. And no desired Drawn Butter was brought for the lobster. So I used some of Diane's. Desserts of Warm Apple Tarte with Miso Butterscotch and Toasted Almond Honey Gelato for me, and rich Coconut Cream Pie for one of my guests, were quite tasty. But we were not visited much by our waiter. And when he showed up with wet towels between courses, they were already cold. We had a nice picture window view of The Strip from our corner seats, but to date this was my worst dining experience here of many. XXX-1/2 stars overall this time around.

Food 4/5 the cobb salad was great. I ordered medium rare steak, which is also a bit medium well. However, it was great overall. Service 4/5 attentive and friendly Ambiance 5/5 strip street view at the window table. Went at 3pm during Friday, walk in easily without reservations and a lot of available tables

Was going to do a little shopping, and my uber driver mentioned to me about a Wagyu&Wine deal for $35 at The Capital Grille, so I instantly changed plans. Talk about perfect timing when I arrived, because I ended up at the last available seat at the bar during happy hour, and the atmosphere was fun and social. I went with the Wagyu Black Truffle Burger with Blue Cheese and Sea Salt fries, and every bite was savory and delicious. With friendly staff, and delicious happy hour options, The Capital Grille is definitely something to consider.

We loved Mother's Day here so much last year, we came back. Mike, our server, was excellent. Food was very good. The restaurant is beautiful. Lots of staff walking around asking how things were. Their filet was fabulous with a good char. We'll be back again!

First time eating at this restaurant and was extremely satisfied with everything from start to finish! Our waiter was attentive, informative & friendly. He gave some great suggestions & the food came out quickly - which I loved. We were seated at a corner table near the windows so we had a great view of the strip & had excellent natural lighting - dinner was around 5pm so it wasn't dark out yet. I ordered the surf and turf with steak and lobster - delicious & perfect size for me. We ordered the Brussels sprouts (AMAZING), Mac and cheese, rib tips & the calamari to share and let me tell you, the appetizers are WORTH IT!! I would definitely go back as this is one of my new favorite spots to dine!

Stopped in town celebrate a birthday and the experience was great! Our sever Jacob was awesome. So personable, attentive and friendly. He made good recommendations and made sure we were taken care of. To start we had the oysters and shrimp cocktail accompanied by the Doli. Seafood fresh and the doli is a staple for a reason. Trust me try it. Steaks cooked to perfection, potatoes delicious as always. I did think the spinach needed a hint of salt/pepper . Dinner paired nicely with a glass of Cab. Loved our table by the window and the view. Truly a wonderful dining experience.

What can I say. Can NEVER go wrong with a Capital Grille. One of my favorite places. We made a reservation for a table but decided to sit at the bar. So glad as it was happy hour!! We got to try several items and share. Was absolutely perfect. I wish I had a Capital Grille in my town!!!

We just left from the Capital Grill Mother's Day Brunch which was perfect. The selections were great choices. They also made their regular menu available. We were there with our daughter and son-in-law which included our precious granddaughter who is four and so polite and well behaved. We all had a great time and our server JT was great. We hope this can be a family tradition! Please do this again!

This restaurant is located at the Las Vegas Blvd side of the mall and the entrance is outside. The venue is all dark wood and comfy seating with large windows looking out over the Strip. Our waiter was JT. If you are lucky enough to have him take care of you, you are in for a wonderful meal. He was very personable, helpful, and attentive. While the menu items asr a bit high, you get what you pay for. We brought a lot home as the portions a very large. Everything was well prepared with lots of flavor. We split a salad and I ordered the porcini rubbed bone-in ribeye, Mom had the double lamb chops. They have us a small cheesecake and flourless chocolate cake for dessert. Highly recommend.

Excellent Excellent Excellent. Capital Grill delivered and then some. The view of the strip is stunning at night and the restaurant evoked old world charm and class Every dish that we had from the Sea Bass to the Beef Tenderloin were prepared to our liking and the sides , mashed potato and Asparagus were quite tasty But the wedge salad as well as the mixed greens paired well with their dressing Service was impeccable Attentive wait staff as well as knowledgeable and pleasant Tonight's drink game was certainly on point Completely enjoyable experience Highly recommend.

Came for the new happy hour and tried a bunch of the food & sat at the bar. Caesar salad bites 3/10, cool concept but not enough Caesar or salad. It's like 2 bites of lettuce on a big ass croton. Shrimp thangs 8.5/10 these was good as HELL. Wasn't expecting it to be great will definitely have this in my rotation. Lamb chop 8/10, wish it would have came with 3 like Ocean Prime but it was great. Sliders 9/10 these were my personal fav, whatever sauce they put on it should definitely get on the side for dipping. Steak strip 9/10 was a lot for the price, ordered this in the second round of stuff definitely should be ordered first. Mushroom balls (fasho forgot the name) 7/10 these were alright but a bit dry

The touch of masago was 10/10 paired with the waffle and cream sauce! Ugh my fav truly. Next we got the Brushetta and my partner loved it. He said the tomatoes were delicious and paired well with the bread and sauce it was marinated with. I did try a bite even though I'm a tomato hater but man you can tell the tomatoes were fresh. I had a piece with no tomatoes because I loved whatever was on top as whatever the tomatoes were marinated in! Next came the Sausage Rolls and man were they delicious paired with their homemade cheese dip! I don't think I'd get again because it's quite heavy with the wine but def glad I tried. Lastly was the Chef's Tasting Board... this was so good. You could tell the cheese and meats were fresh and paired very well all together. The main star for me for that platter was the bread dipped in that garlic butter balsamic + oil... ugh delicious. I can't wait to get the membership and go back.

I shouldn't have to clearly hear conversations that are happening to the tables next to us. It was definitely a squeeze getting in and out of the tables without interrupting the table next to you. Our server recommended getting two plates per person. The menu isn't designed to have appetizers or entrees per se, so this menu seemed like it's kind of a tapas place or kind of not? If the plates aren't appetizers or entrees and they're more shareable, then why would we only get 3 pork ribs pieces instead of 4? The pork ribs had great flavor. it was crispy, tender, and fall off the bone at the same time, but it would've been better if they added one more pork rib bone instead of 3. The whipped brie with blackberry and honey was a bit disappointing. Even after mixing the whipped brie and with the blackberries, there were barely any fruit or honey flavor. All I tasted was salt. The brie was too salty with no taste of fruit or honey. Moreover, the brie came with 2 small pieces of toast, cut into 4 pieces. There was definitely more brie than toast, so we requested additional brioche toast. Of course we got charged extra for the toast. I just think the brie to toast ratio should be better. It seemed like the plate was 85% brie and 15% toast. How are we supposed to eat the rest of the brie when the toast provided is gone? I did not enjoy more brie over brioche ratio. We also got the burger and trout. Both shareable portions. The burger tasted like a slightly elevated Big Mac but saltier. Trout was good and cooked seared with a medium rare center. Flavor wise, the trout and pork ribs were my favorite. Also, the smokin petal cocktail was perfect. Overall, the experience here was just okay.

This is a butler style all you can eat small plates restaurant, so people walk around with trays of food and you can pick it you want something. We would get skipped so many times with the food we wanted to try. We just couldn't figure out their system or how they serve the food. The quality of the "more expensive" dishes were lacking. The short ribs were watery. The filet mignon eggs Benedict was tasteless and it was the most thin and overcooked piece of filet mignon I've ever had. The pancakes were cold and thick and dense. The heirloom tomatoes tasted more like regular tomatoes, and the scrambled eggs with caramelized onions and tomatoes lacked seasoning and flavor. So many dishes that were on the menu didn't even come out. The following items were delicious: Bacon and egg flatbread Avocado crostini Mini egg frittata Truffle mushroom grits (although it's bold of them to call it truffle mushroom grits when there's only like 2 little mushrooms.
