    Absolutely delicious creme brulee
    Nora G.

OMG I highly recommend this restaurant!!! Laura, our server, was awesome as was the rest of the staff. Great ambiance... fantastic food--the drinks, appetizer of maple bacon, au gratin potatoes, and my filet mignon were superb as well as the dessert of creme brulee! Definitely would go back!!!

Crabcake is BOMB! Service is amazing, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Food came out quick! Nice ambiance, old school vibes with dark mood lighting. On Fremont street so parking can be tricky!

    Wagu and lobster tail

I had the pleasure of celebrating my Birthday at this restaurant while in Vegas. I ordered the Chef's special Wagu and Lobster tail. Steak was cooked perfectly at medium and the lobster was buttery soft and sweetly delicious. The crab-cake barely had any filler, I say barely because I tasted none, large chunks of crab meat. As you can imagine with a party of eleven we ordered a lot of food and drinks. The service was flawless, they had different servers picking up dirty dishes and bringing out plates. Perfect environment and great for any occasion At the end they served me a glass of champagne and dessert. Highly recommend this restaurant and specifically Gia location.

Great steakhouse in the Golden Nugget Downtown! As locals we often hear from friends about great places so we try them! From the reception through every bus person, server, and manager the service is top notch. When they treat you special on your anniversary and remember every detail of the reservation, that is service! The decor is very Las Vegas and yet not old. I appreciate the fact that while the restaurant is near the front entrance of the hotel & casino, it is not smoky at all. Aniko our Hungarian server was kind, and helped us navigate the very extensive wine list from every part of the world. A special treat was shared because we were celebrating our anniversary! One thing about living in Las Vegas is that we have very good service, Vic &Anthony's staff went above and beyond. When my girl went to the restroom, the manager escorted her so she didn't get lost, and while the trip there was successful, the trip back she did get lost. When she left the table, a young man popped over, kindly folded her napkin for her return. Details matter! We really appreciated the service. The salmon was very good and seemed flown in this morning while the filet mignon was perfectly cooked with a chimichurri topping that was perfect. The steak was served with a lobster tail that again was moist and tasty. This was the special! Our sides were generous and with one person being lactose intolerant, they made every adjustment seamlessly. We will be bringing pals here in the near future!

Maple Glazed Quail, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, Calamari*

Came here for a family dinner while in Vegas. Made reservations and was seated at the time of my reservation! The place is clean and dimly lit! Our server was quick and refills kept coming. For starters we ordered crab cake, calamari, and quail. The quail was INSANELY good! The crab cake was ok. Excepted more as everyone talks about them. But as a table we were not head over heels for them compared to the quail. For our main dish ever got a ribeye. Cooked to perfection! Then finished it off with the famous dessert seen in the video! Super good! Vic and Anthony's is not given enough credit compared to the more well known steak houses in Las Vegas. Glad we stopped by and we will be back.

If you're looking for a steakhouse with a truly upscale, intimate vibe in downtown Las Vegas, Vic & Anthony's inside the Golden Nugget absolutely delivers. From the moment we walked in, the experience felt elevated. The hostess, Ivy, was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She guided us to seats at the bar so we could enjoy a few drinks and appetizers before dinner, which was a great way to start the evening. At the bar, Noah took excellent care of us. Every cocktail we tried was spot on. The standout for me was the espresso martini! I definitely recommend getting the crab cake, it's easily one of the best I've had, just melts in your mouth. Yum! The atmosphere here is a huge part of the appeal. It's dimly lit with a sexy, sophisticated energy, great music playing in the background, and an overall upscale vibe that makes it feel like a special night out. One small thing to note, the restroom is located outside of the restaurant, which isn't a big deal but worth knowing ahead of time. Overall, this place nails both service and ambiance and I will be back!

Had a double date night with friends. First time here and the waiting area was pretty crowded. Our server was amazing! He kind of reminded me of Doc Brown from Back to the Future! We ordered the filet and lobster. I was impressed with the flavors and the lobster was cooked perfectly! The sides were big enough for 4 to share The pear and blue cheese salad was refreshing plus lots of walnuts and pear slices. I wasn't expecting to like the bleu cheese. The crab cake was so flaky and delicious! Nice and flavorful The asparagus was grilled to perfection and flavorful. The au gratin potatoes were simply amazing! Very creamy and the crust was very rich! The rib eye was a big portion and cooked perfectly! We finished off with chocolate mousse cake and it was enough for everyone! Very rich but the ganache was fluffy and good! Was a bit out of my price range but will go back for a special occasion

Finally made it back.... Walked in at peak dinner time without a reservation but was seated immediately. I chose the crab cake for my app , steak and lobster for my entree , fingerling potato for side, and crème brûlée for my dessert. The crab cake was delicious with lump crab meat and a delicious sauce. Steak and lobster were well seasoned but the fingerling potato was too salty for me. The crème brûlée was beautifully presented and it was very good. Our waiter was Ben, who is so polite. The other waitstaff were very good, constantly refilling our water and checked in on us. Hope to visit again!

Perfect dirty martini with bleu cheese olives

This is exactly what I picture when I think about an old school style Vegas steakhouse. When you walk through the doors the place has charm and a steakhouse feeling, with dark wood and dim lighting. We didn't have a reservation, walked up to the bar and we were able to get a seat. We wanted to have drinks and dine at the bar and that's just what we did. Noah was incredibly helpful, taking his time to explain the menu and answer all the questions we had. The bartender was also very sweet and helpful (sorry I didn't catch her name). We started with martini's because for some reason they taste better at a steakhouse. Since we already had appetizers at happy hour right before arriving we headed straight for the steak. We decided to share the chateaubriand, it was cooked to perfection and very tender. We shared the broccoli as a side and also added the bacon, bleu cheese compound butter. Food was incredibly tasty and the service was flawless. I can't wait to try the NY steak on our next visit.

Walking through the walkway after checking in your senses will be greeted with the smell of grilled steak and the sights of fresh cuts of beef and live lobster. The bar is warmly lit with smiling bartenders across the dining room scattered with cozy tufted booths. Our server was very helpful sharing his opinion on portions, preferences on the menu and specials.

    Mashed potatoes and carrots

My fiance and I recently dined here for our anniversary and while it was a little tricky to find, it was worth the search! When you first enter, there is a display of their steaks to give you some insight into the dining experience you are about to enjoy. We were promptly seated in a semi-private room off the main dining area. Our server was very friendly and embodied the charisma of old-school Vegas service. We did not want for anything during our time there. We enjoyed the complimentary bread while we sipped on our drinks, IPA for him and the Lychee Spritz for me. Lychee martinis are my favorite drink, so I was super excited to see the spritz on the menu. It was light and refreshing, while still delivering the delicious sweetness from the lychee. While we were waiting for our entrees, our server overheard me talking about running the Rock n Roll 5k and half marathon over the next two days, so he insisted that we enjoy more bread. I wasn't going to argue with more carbs before a race! Our steaks and sides arrived shortly thereafter and immediately looked delicious. This was my first time having red meat in a year, so I erred on the side of caution with medium (I used to order med-rare for filet). It arrived on the cusp between med-rare and medium, which was fine by me. Both of our steaks, the NY Strip and filet mignon, had a nice hard sear and were very tender. My fiance said his NY Strip was one of the better steaks he's had. For me, the filet was lacking a bit of seasoning, but was still good. Our sides were the star of the show, specifically the glazed carrots. Oh my goodness, those were the most amazing carrots I've ever had. They were glazed in honey (and what I assume is plenty of butter) and had herbs to balance the honey and natural sweetness of the carrots. We both agreed they were the best part of the meal. The mashed potatoes were good, but nothing outstanding. As we wrapped up our meal, our server was kind and brought us complimentary mini cake and cheesecake along with champagne for our anniversary. This was the perfect end to a very delicious meal.

This was a wonderful dining experience. The food was exceptional and the service was over the top. The restaurant is located in the Golden Nugget and it has the perfect High Stakes atmosphere.

Wow just like I remembered! Our Server Hector was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, great recommendations, genuine! The wedge salad was amazing with the Roquefort dressing . My dad loved the 1/2lb of Alaskan King Crab legs that came with a warm butter. My Prime Ribeye was silky and delicious. Cooked to perfection. Mashed potatoes were smooth, buttery delicious accompaniment. The bread pudding with the Dulce De Leche ice cream was a perfect way to end the meal. I will definitely be back again soon!

I went with surf & turf, and my husband's rib eye was tender.

While in Vegas you should definitely get a nice steak dinner and Peter Luger is a great option…read more It's located in Caesars Palace alongside other good restaurants including the buffet. It definitely brings the NYC feel once you step inside. It was dinner time so it was quite busy but I feel like service in Vegas has figured it out - how to deliver fast friendly service. To start naturally we ordered some drinks that fit the vibe, classic strong drinks that went well with steak. While I am usually a filet mignon person, our table selected the steak for 2 which turned out to be a good amount for us. Plus the butter it's smothered in is amazing. For our other sides we selected the Caesar salad (fitting because we were in Caesar's :) and the crab cake (another favorite of mine). Note there are $$$$ signs so do not expect it to be cheap. But for the quality, taste and atmosphere it was worth it and I hope to visit the NYC location sometime as well.

I came into Peter Luger Las Vegas with sky-high expectations. As a legendary Brooklyn institution,…read moreyou expect two things: iconic dry-aged beef and crisp, sharp execution. What we actually got was sluggish, absent service and a steak cooked so poorly it belonged in a mid-tier diner. The Service: Ignored from Start to Finish Rather than the quick, direct, old-school service Luger is famous for, our experience was defined by sluggish neglect. The Wait: We spent entirely too much time trying to catch our server's eye for simple requests--water refills, order updates, and check-ins were practically non-existent. The Flow: Courses dragged, plates sat, and by the time our food reached the table, the energy of the night was already gone. When you're paying top-dollar prices, waiting around while being actively ignored ruins the entire ambiance. The Steak: A Text-Book "Grey Band" Disaster "A $180+ porterhouse should have an edge-to-edge perfect medium-rare with a roaring crust. What landed on our table looked tired and mismanaged." The Cook: The cross-section said it all. The meat had a massive, thick grey ring of overcooked, tough beef wrapping around a tiny patch of pink in the center. It was uneven, poorly rested, or left sitting under a heat lamp while service languished. Where's the Sizzle? The steak arrived dull and dry on top. The iconic Luger presentation--sizzling hot butter aggressively spooned over a glistening platter--was completely absent. The Flavor: Because of the heavy grey gradient, most bites were chewy and dry rather than tender and nutty. The Sides & Verdict The loaded baked potato topped with a mountain of bacon lardons looked great and tasted fine, but no side dish on earth can rescue an evening when the primary steak is ruined. Las Vegas has one of the most competitive steakhouse scenes in the world. With options like Bavette's, SW, and Cut just down the Strip, there is zero excuse for slow service and an amateurish cook on a flagship cut. Skip the hype and save your money. You're paying flagship prices for amateur-level execution.

We came here for a celebratory birthday for a friend and they treated us correct. Everyone had the filet and it melted as soon as we put the knife on it. I hadn't been here in quite a few years and my last experience was nothing to write home about…read more A friend suggested it for dinner and I thought I would just go along since it was a group of 6 of us. This place is......not good. I'm honestly blown away by some of the reviews. The food, the service, the vibe - it was all lacking. I eat at a lot of steakhouses, so I may have higher expectations than the average diner. Service: - Our server was very friendly, but forgot about us the entire back half of our meal (we even skipped ordering dessert because we were completely forgotten about and sat there for so long after finishing dinner). - He was not well versed in handling wine (which IMO in unacceptable for an "award winning steakhouse"). He handled the wine glasses by the bowl instead of the stem and poured extremely large servings, about 4 oversized glasses from a single bottle. Food: - The steak tartare was very thick, large chunks instead of a classic fine mince. It was served with tasteless bread that had heavy black grill marks on it. Would never order again. - The calamari and brussels were both tasty and fine. - My NY strip was so full of tendons that I couldn't even chew through it some of it. I can't remember the last time I actually left a piece of steak on my plate from a dinner. - We were ordered a flight of steak sauces and they were spread all over the table with no explanation of what was what. - As for sides, we ordered mash, mac and cheese, broccolini and cauliflower....all very average. Vibe: - completely lacked ambiance. The lighting was bright, there was no background music, and it felt more like a casual neighborhood diner than a place you'd expect to enjoy a nice steak dinner. Unfortunately, this visit reminded me why it had been years since my last visit. Between the average food, inconsistent service, and lackluster atmosphere, I left genuinely wondering how this restaurant has earned such high ratings. Summerlin has far too many incredible restaurants to justify another visit, and for a steakhouse, I'd choose T-Bones or Harlo every time.
