First they were delayed so they sent one person over to do the bathrooms while waiting for the rest of the team to get there. Rest of the team (which turned out to be one other person lol) got there 2 HOURS after my scheduled cleaning time and then they were "done" in less than an hour. Issues I had with the quality of my "deep" cleaning: 1. Did not mop the hardwood floor of the entire 2nd story and didnt clean the hardwood stairs at all. 2. Completely missed my guest room (all they did was vacuum the hardwood floor). My desk still had dust on it 3. Didn't clean the windows of the 2nd story and neglected all blinds and window sills 4. The small room where my washer/dryer was there was a lot of dust and lint near the vent. Saw them vacuuming there so thought they took care of it but go back in there after they left and it was still absolutely covered in dust/lint 5. none of the ceiling fans were cleaned and still covered in dust 6.
