So me and my boyfriend went after work tonight to get a late night dinner at this del taco and usually I've been disappointed about there food but I always give them a chance and honestly this will be the last time I eat here. Every time I come they either never have enough steak for the steak and potato epic burrito or there honestly just to damn lazy to make it! Again I come to this del taco and say oh we only have enough steak for one burrito come to find out we get home my boyfriends about to eat and it's just scraps of meat from the bottom of the pan the burrito is not even wrapped properly, My grilled chicken tacos were cold with only 3 pieces of meat inside, the fries were old mushy and cold! I'm so horrified with this place I don't know why it's still open trying to make people sick with food poisoning, mind you that guy at the drive thru gave me my food with cleaning gloves on. Trust me I work in a fast food place and yes I know we all want to go home and sometimes we just don't want to work but the fact I came an hour before you guys close I'm just mortified! I took a bite of my 1/2 lb bean and cheese burrito, and instantly knew that something was wrong. A second later I was pulling a foot long hair out of, not just my mouth, but out of my throat. The worst part about this was, we brought the burrito back to the store, foot long hair and all, and the manager refused to give us our money back. We had to argue, threaten and make several phone calls before she finally gave in and told us to come back the following day for our measly $2 back. Honestly, after the traumatic experience and lack of customer service, you can keep your $2, I'll just write my review. Possibly the grossest experience of my life. Less than stellar service. I ordered and waited 20 minutes for my food, only to have them find it sitting behind the counter the entire time. It was not busy at all. They made a new order for me. I was hungry and had no idea what to eat. I passed by Del Taco and thought that it may be a good idea to finally give Del Taco a chance. I pull up through the drive thru with no idea what to order and take a few minutes perusing through the menu. Finally I give in, and have no idea what to order. So I ask the young lady over the intercom on what she suggests. She makes several recommendations, and finally I just ask her to "surprise me." I pull up to the window, receive my food and head on my way. Sandra - I believe her name was - made a great recommendation of the Crispy Shrimp Burrito. Not only did she make a great recommendation, but she was friendly the entire time, and really made the experience great. So Sandra, if you read this, keep up the great work and continue to make great recommendations!! Also, from the looks of the menu it seems like you get a lot of food for what you pay. read more

I have to say NEVER again. This location is a joke. I ordered to combo burritos that where no fatter then a taquito. The fries had no salt and was just very unhappy with my order all together. Well...it's Del Taco. It's satisfactory when you are in the mood for it. On the good side, some of the drive thru people are quite generous with the del scorcho. On the bad side, they tend to run out of things, or have malfunctions...like the last time I went the frier wasn't working...so no deluxe chili sheese fries, which is good for my waistline, but irritating. The food was hot and fresh as always, the staff was friendly and quick to take care of me. Regardless of the line for the drive through, I think people give this spot a hard time due to them being to lazy to get out of their cars and see that there is a 3 person staff doing all they can in confined space and yet turning out meals at a high rate. When this place first opened it was great but has completely fallen off the table since then. Today, for the first time I ordered it through the app for a drive-through pick up. The app specifically said to pick it up through the drive-through line. Once there the store would not let me pick it up through the drive-through and told me I had to get out of my car and go inside. Which it's completely pointless to using the app.Once inside they didn't even have my order on the screen 15 minutes after I placed it. Eventually the worker had to read the order from my phone in order to make it. Needless to say, not one item in my bag was correct when I got home. Also, the customer service has gone downhill majorly. When going through the drive-through line on normal days without using the app I am told to have my money ready before I get to the window, who says that? Then it feels like they can't wait to get me away from the window and are literally throwing my food out the window at me. When I went into the restaurant today I saw they have an award on the counter for speed and that completely makes sense now of how they are so rude at the drive-through window. I have eaten at this specific Del Taco twice. The first time I didn't feel that bad because I figured they were having an off day. But since it was bad the second time, I knew something was up. The food quality is awful. I got the carne asada fries with two tacos both times. The fries were old. The meat was gross. And the tacos were lacking a lot. This place is horrible. Long wait times at the drive through just to place your order followed by a long wait to to get your food. Customer service is fair at best. Workers are not trained which is both management's fault and ownership. I agree with the other folks comments that the only good thing about this location is convenience. Worst drive thru ever. I have been waiting for almost 40 minutes and still haven't received my food yet

Quite literally the slowest drive thru I've ever been at. The server was nice, but man, what a wait.

Worst experience I've ever had a fast food place . I went through the drive through orderd 3 regular tacos and 2 fish tacos and a fish burrito . Waited 20 min in the drive through when the gave me my order the forgot the fish tacos , so then they said no worries to go to the front and the would bring so it waited and then went into check and they were making shrimp tacos instead of fish so I clarified and they said that they would ask the manager and the manger said they didn't charge me for the fish tacos, so one of the employees looked at the manger and told her well your going to have to tell her that's there's a price difference (after they had already said they would remake it ) and the manger replied with "I sure as hell will" so she looked at me and said there was a 2 dollar price difference so when I went to pay for it she said no worries and that they would bring it out , so I waited for about 45 min then went in again to check and they hadn't even started making it , so the manager had someone else start making it and I realized they were making shrimp instead of fish so I said those are the fish ones right ? The manager proceeded to roll her eyes and then had them make the fish tacos instead , then when I asked if they were going to make the burrito aswell she looked at her employee and said I didn't make it then the other employee asked okay so ? And she just shook her head no and he looked back at me and said I don't think she charged you for that at which point I walked out . To top it off the fish tacos didn't have any sauce on them . We had just moved 2 storages and were hungry. Stopped by & went through drive thru. What a mistake that was. About 8-10 employees there and it took over 13 mins. Ordered 3 Del Taco's [2] with lite lettuce, [1] soft Del Taco, & [1] Del Cheeseburger. On the [2] the shells were cracked along the entire bottom and all ingredients just kept falling out. They were not appealing at all. On the Del Cheeseburger, it was not that and absolutely looked disgusting. It was a regular Cheeseburger and by this time, had driven all the way home. Went back as the others just said forget about the Del Taco's and taking them back but that burger looked like it had sat around for days.
