Hello, I am writing about an order (#330153277) I placed…read moretoday that was prepared incorrectly. I documented the issue with photos at the time and still have my receipt. When I contacted the store, I was not offered a refund or a replacement. Instead I was told by TEAM LEAD Noah to seal the food in a ziplock bag and bring it back to the restaurant tomorrow or whenever I could make it in. Asking a customer to store prepared food at home for a day or longer, then transport it back into a restaurant, is not an acceptable resolution. It creates an obvious food safety risk and it shifts responsibility for the error onto the person who paid for the meal. I would like this handled two ways. First, a refund for the order. Second, I would ask that the team be given clearer direction on how to resolve order errors when a customer cannot return the same day, because photo documentation should be enough. I am glad to provide the photos, my receipt, the order number, and the time of the call. Thank you
