Ugh. Nothing I've tried here has ever been remotely tasty but not bf loves it so occasionally I stop for him. They have a new queso nacho thing for 4bucks, and a churro dipper ice cream thing for the same price. New things are generally slightly better, and at this hour not much else is open, so I figured what the hell. Hell is right. Stale chips, on top of the smaller than expected amount of toppings (there's a picture I'd I can get it to upload). The churro is somehow tasteless and almost seems undercooked. Had there new carne asada torta and it wasn't good they served it on a large hot dog bun the meat was tough like burro meat the best thing was the large orange fanta I ordered that's really sad when the soft drink taste better than the food. I won't be ordering that again. What a joke. read more

This location has the best team. They are always so friendly both inside and at the drive thru. They smile when they greet you and they get their orders right. The bonus is that when I ask for a lot of sauce, they don't just give you 4 like other locations or other brands. Great job! read more

I have been to a number of Dell tacos and I'm not sure if this was just a miracle or what but on Saturday, May 6 at 8:22 AM the person who took my order through drive-through was the most polite, easy to understand and helpful person I have ever encountered at a Dell taco. Her politeness and cheerfulness continued even at the drive-through window. I ordered a carna Asada breakfast burrito, hash brown's and an ice tea. The burrito was served hot it tasted excellent and had the correct amount of ingredients. The hash brown was also served hot and most importantly the ice tea actually had ice in it. My time at the drive-through window was maybe 15 seconds at most. For being in a rough looking neighborhood with everything around it closed this is a gem of a location. Great job. read more

Del Taco ? so much good stuff for such a low price. Funny thing is I have been to ones with way higher start level and better reviews. So how do we go about rating these things. Ninety nine point nine are the same then you come to one like this. I will give you that the dot is a little if but that's ok can sometimes make for a show. The drive through a little tight P.S. don't sit in the N.W. / S.W. corner of the building. But the staff and service plus the fact that the whole time I was there they had a cleaning guy hitting everything tables counters everything even the lot. So to sum this one up clean place good staff and fast service with fresh food let's go. Honestly, one of the best Del Taco places I've ever been to. I made an online order and the service was quick and the employee was super nice. It was quite surprising because I've has multiple bad experiences at other location before, but the guy was super cheerful and polite.. especially at 3 am in the morning. This Del Taco is across the street from my house and I normally don't pay attention to it. But yesterday I almost came to a screeching halt when I saw on their sign "Try our new Jalapeno Rings!" I loooooooove Jalapeno's and I love fried rings of food....... so Jalapeno Rings sounded like heaven! So after making a quick u-turn I got me some Jalapeno Rings. Wow.... sooooo good. The ones at Chili's have batter that falls off. This place has solid adhering batter on nice thick jalapeno slices. They seemed fresh too, not frozen. Nice batter flavor and it allowed the jalapeno flavor to come thru. Not much spicy/heat level if at all. Had a combo burrito and a soft taco as a chaser. I noticed they have "Del Inferno" sauce which is a step above "Del Scorcho" in heat. Of course I had to check it out. I have a VERY high tolerance for spicy food, so to me it had a slight detection of burn. But for the average person it would be pretty spicy. Ordered a quesadilla from this location about the price is too high so I asked for a refund like most other people would if they didn't agree with the price point and they really didn't need a quesadilla. Was told to come back in the morning by the manager himself went back in the morning before 10 AM like told to do got to the location was told to come back at 10 in order to speak with management. My order issue has not been resolved. I'm not sure if this is due to the race I am, but I'd really prefer to have my money back. If I was told I can receive my money back. Please resolve this issue. Beyond rude workers. We asked for a cheeseburger with meat, cheese, ketchup, and a little onions. First, we got the burger with only meat. Second, we got it without onions and when I let them know this one also doesn't have onions, the girls working the drive thru argued with me that it did. We proved it in fact did not, and we were met with more attitude having to fix it. If you mess up, you fix it, but to argue with customers and give them attitude for asking what you paid for is ridiculous. Terrible workers. read more

I cannot give a "0" star, this place is like the worse place, I took drive through the other day, and the guy at the window "Edgar" omg he's like asking me if I was married ! What kind of service is this, I'm nice to everyone because I work in customer service, but he definitely took it as a "flirt" this ain't it I felt so uncomfortable, me and my daughter have been going' to this place for years, but now we have to go to another location perhaps Goldenwest location don't know the address, but at least they are not harassing you, this is not the first time this person is there and making stupid remarks, they need to replace this person asap or else Del Taco will lose a lot of customers, this is not cool. I don't hold it against them that they are understaffed and took a long time to take my order. I do hold it against them they find the time to be dishonest and when I order a meal I see the price is for small that's what I want. She automatically charged me for medium with out asking. If they are going to do that put that price on the menu. Even when I asked why it's more then what's on the menu she just shrugged and did not answer me. It's my local location, I can walk here (and have on some occasions). sure, the transients outside can be bothersome, and sure, the dining room isn't that great, or the drive-thru isn't as clear as it can be sometimes, or a little digital screen to make sure they punched in your order, but hey, it's as clean as it can get, and the staff is friendly and efficient, and they never get my order wrong. This Del Taco is the closest to my house, so therefore it is MY Del Taco. I've had many a drunken night of friends driving me here to get me yummy greasy food so I can sober up. But that's what Del Taco is best for! When I have come here sober they're just as nice and the food is just as bad for you [but tastes just as good]. The reason I adore this Del Taco so much though is that they always get my order right. I know that sounds like a simple request, I tell you what I want, you give me what I ask for, but I always order things off items [like no lettuce on my soft tacos] and a lot of places don't understand that.
