The older Asian lady who was my lash artist first removed my purse from the bottom of the bed which there was plenty of room for my bag. She then pointed to the camera and said I put it over here see camera. Which was all the way across the room on an empty bed. Red flag then I showed reference picture, she immediately said she has another appointment. She said my lashes were short without looking at my natural lashes. It took her forever to remove my lashes which is not normal. I also have my esthetician license and am certified in lashes as well. So I asked for her to remove the lashes then make an assessment. She got lash remover in my eyes they burned like crazy. Another Red flag! Then she said she would not be able to do the lashes how I wanted them. She said she could do them shorter. I previously had a set put on a week before as my friend was practicing on me for her certification and she only had short lashes in her kit. But finally I went to my lash shop in the city , they sat with me asked what I wanted and then they gave me choices on length. I've gone to many lash studios in NYC/NJ and they always ask what look you're going for and what length. The front desk at lash lounge was very nice. But the service was terrible. I was scared to open my eyes bc she burned my eyeballs. Then to judge my lashes without seeing them. I'm glad I went to the city and got what I wanted. Disaster.

When she finished the extensions my lashes looked so full and beautiful! First they sit you down and show you different eyelash options. You get to look at lot of before and after photos they have of their clients. Once you choose that they sent you to this cute room where they give you a blanket and pillows to get comfy and relaxed. They tape up your eyes and put soft relaxing music in the background. It was about an hour to do both eyes. While getting it done you don't feel anything!! My lady had such a soft touch that I didn't even feel the tools she was using! When they finish up they give you a mirror to analyze if there's something you don't like they fix it on the spot. They give you directions on how to keep your lashes nice and give you a wand too. Great experience and def will be back!

Just got my lashes done here today and I'm sooooo happy with the results and the price was way less than what I pay in the city. I'll admit, I was nervous to try a new lash salon but I went with my gut instinct and glad that I did. The space is clean and welcoming, they even have better tools like the fan that blows scented air at the lashes. I will be here every two weeks to make sure my eyelashes are full and beautiful. I appreciate that she took her time shaping them and making sure I was comfortable with the shape, and the results are amazing--they look so natural, which is what I was going for. What I especially appreciate is the welcoming vibe of the staff. It was my first time getting anything like this done and I was nervous that I might feel judged, but they made it so easy and enjoyable!

Brenda took her time to explain every detail and make me feel comfortable. Lennia gave me insight on the different services and checked in on me during the process. I recommend getting the eyebrow tinting or lamination first for people who feel shy about getting the permanent procedures done. My first red flag should have been her ranting and raving about a conditioner she was going to use that hydrates detoxes the hair. She even shared it was $120 for the bottle of this Wella conditioner. I pay no mind but every chance she gets she brings up all the magic it does. Little did I know that this was a "$90" treatment. Marked to be left on for 20 mins and I was rushed to the sink in 10. Another woman comes in to blow out my hair & insists she needs to use the flat iron to seal in the product. As good as it looks we spend hrs doing a blow out that should have been 1 hr long. I was in a rush to leave but the woman insisted to add flat iron curls to my ends that the owner charged &15 extra. The stylist insists that the owner provide me with the price. After saying it would be 150 DOLLARS she said she would offer to leave it to me for 70. This place is a scam & my hair smells BURNT.
