The service department lies about repairs not being needed…read more After 16,000 miles the left front tire failed inspection in PA on my new 2025 Toyota Crown Hybrid.Their service department still wrote up the tire as good. The blower motor doesn't work and they lied and said the cars blower motor doesn't cool off or heat up the car. So just close as many vents to try and try to make it work. They didn't make the car so they can't fix it. I had a safety recall and an appointment at 10:00am. The first thing they said after an hours drive to get there is they can't do the safety recall. The head lights don't shine high enough and they don't adjust them even though the owners manual states to take your car to the Toyota service department to get them adjusted. The service manager was upset that I used the "f" bomb because they can't and don't know how to fix the car. That they can't find good help to work there and just accept it. My next step is to see an attorney next week, the 1st week in May 2026.

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and to our surprise drove out in a 2015 Chrysler 200S. We were offered a fair trade-in for the Buick (it wasn't in the greatest shape), and good financing. Dave and John (the floor Manager and Sales manager worked with us to get a car that we really liked at a price we could afford. I've had several trips to the service department, once for a recall notice, and once for a mechanical problem. Both times we were treated very well. Chris the service manager goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service. I can highly recommend Milford Chrysler Sales if you're looking for a new or used vehicle.

When I went there, they then have you "spin" a wheel on their laptop (even though the flyer says if you get a match you already a winner) and then give you a coupon for an oil change, This is a total scam, and there is no way am going to risk my car getting an oil change when they damaged a costumer's car with their awful service from what I see on the reviews. Don't bother going there if you think you going to get a prize, is just a way to get you there so they can do their "sale pitch" on you.

I found a vehicle that I really liked and the ONLY thing that I didn't like was that the driver seat had some decent wear in the leather. I asked if they had insight on where I could get a new one and what it would cost with the intention of replacing it in the near future. I was blown away by the knowledge and insight provided. We were able to get a replacement chair in great condition before I even got the final paperwork done!
