Jordan was very helpful and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions but did not pressure us in any way. The3 showroom was clean and very well laid out. We made our purchase, scheduled delivery and were pleasantly surprised with the delivery process that was fast and efficient. The delivery men were very polite and careful with the new refrigerator as well as the old take away. We've never had a delivery go as smoothly and as quick as this one did. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerhard's to family or friends.

HOWEVER, be warned that they do not stand behind their products. I recently bought a washer-dryer set. The dryer never worked. They came and replaced the circuit board. Still didn't work. They said we needed to check our electricity. We did. All fine. They said they needed to contact the company (LG) and that the company needed THREE VISITS before they would replace it! We are now FIVE WEEKS without a dryer, and they are telling us we have to wait for the company (LG). All of our requests for just sending a replacement for the lemon have gone unheeded. When we call Gerhard's, they just shrug. When we call the company, they either don't get back to us or set up a call and then don't class. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. We thought Gerhard's was a reputable, reliable, and honest company. IT IS NOT. Everything is fine until there is a problem. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.
